Made a quick stop here for coffee. My coffee was fine but I had ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. They tossed a cold paper bag at me. I opened it and it was a bagel with some cream cheese. I asked if I can get it toasted/warmed and they said they don’t do that…. I had mentioned maybe they should say that before someone orders their cold, sad bagels. Who sells ice cold bagels? My sons breakfast sandwich came out very very hot.

I’ve just had the worst customer service ever! My sister went there to get our usual drinks ( we get redbulls everyday ) and yesterday her card was declined. Going there today she was going to leave a tip and cover the amount unpaid for (it was 2$) but the lady who addressed it was rude and then argued with her trying to charge her more than what was left over? Then gave her the drinks and slammed the window in her face . I called to ask what happened and how to come back to good graces but Ms. Sailor was very rude and unfriendly. Will never go to this one again!

OMG!!! I have never had a mocha like this in my entire life. It is so good if you like chocolate. I did not even get the extreme one I can't even imagine what that is like. I am absolutely ruined for mocha's now. So they have 24 locations in Washington. Just FYI.

I was on vacation and didn't want Starbucks. I pulled up to the window, not knowing what to get. The selection was different from what I am used to. 2 girls were working and were very patient with me. I wanted an ice coffee with cream and caramel, large. It looked to be 22oz and was almost $7. What they gave me was delicious. Wasn't too sweet and not bitter. The girls were friendly and smiled nicely and politely. A treasure

Didn’t put whip cream on my drink. Didn’t give decent customer service at all. Only time employee got excited was when I tipped. No tip next time and going across the street to the other coffee joint .

The girl behind the counter was awesome. Great service and the coffee was amazing. I mean putting 8 shots into anything will give me a positive outlook. But I'm stoked about the Bigfoot here and will hopefully get the same self tattooing barista the next time. Go get some human fuel.
I mean, I've been to probably all of the big foot coffee stands. They do a good job, but sometimes the service is just a little off. They sometimes give off a "what do you want" vibe. All in all, they're not bad.

I get the 44oz Blended mocha with chocolate drizzle and whip cream.it is only a drive up window to order and only takes debit cards or you can get a gift card to put money on it.They have been robbed a few times so they do not take cash any more only cards now.

Big foot Java need find a solution to the presence of these two individuals working the morning shift at Big Foot Java on 3/6/24 between 0700 0730 am I have observed their consistent negative attitude and it appears that they are not invested in their work. Their behavior towards customers is rude and it seems as though they come to work without proper preparation or enthusiasm. Additionally, they smoke during their shifts and use the same hand to prepare drinks. This is not up to the professional standards.
