I get the 44oz Blended mocha with chocolate drizzle and whip cream.it is only a drive up window to order and only takes debit cards or you can get a gift card to put money on it.They have been robbed a few times so they do not take cash any more only cards now.

Big foot Java need find a solution to the presence of these two individuals working the morning shift at Big Foot Java on 3/6/24 between 0700 0730 am I have observed their consistent negative attitude and it appears that they are not invested in their work. Their behavior towards customers is rude and it seems as though they come to work without proper preparation or enthusiasm. Additionally, they smoke during their shifts and use the same hand to prepare drinks. This is not up to the professional standards.

Monday 22nd, 2021 Stopped here for I a new Italian soda (FLAVOR ), the layered strawberry and green apple. I had my first one in Kent and it was great ! flavor and presentation! So I stopped at this location like around 11pm for another one because yes, it was that good and unfortunately it turned out to be something totally different that's including the presentation it was very sour and not good at all. I had asked for half of a can of red bull and she ignored me so she ended up giving me the whole can which I believe was the reason why it turned out even more sour on top of the sourness of the green apple. So she basically did the drink her way, speak about customer service! . She was also being rude. she wasn't understanding very well she was having a hard time I guess. I told her the drink did not look like what I had shown her and totally ignored me. Most of these chicks act rude and don't have experience and believe me I would know I've been to Issaquah, kent, Renton, Auburn, Puyallup, Sumner and Tacoma locations. Also it has happened very often when you would drive up and they are talking with either a coworker or customer ahead of us and they see you and still keep going and ignore you like you have all their time.

I walked up and they have a window to order but nothing to go inside, mainly drive thru. I saw the barista prepare a blended coffee for a car and the remainder of the drink in the blender was less than 2cups. I ordered a blended drink energy drink. She asked me if 1 or 2 energy drinks and i said 2, i was charged for 2 and also when she poured the drink the blender was over 4 cups. I said to her that i have no doubt she can make a secondary large drink out of was remaining and that she intentionally did too much ice. I followed up with an email to management, with more detail, and ask them to review their surveillance and see if i’m in the wrong but never a reply. I don’t like paying $12 for a double flavored energy drink when i know i’m only getting half.
I've been having a long day and Bigfoot was the only not gas station coffee available at 1100 pm Jenny was great and very personable. She offered me white coffee because I guess it has more caffeine. I know where to go if I am working late 8nto the night:)

Five to six days a week I get my mocha at the Sumner location since the day it opened. The staff is always friendly and makes great coffee. Great attitudes even during early hours. I'm there between 2am to 5am and always greeted with a smile.
