I normally love their coffee, and even though it takes awhile normally, its still reasonable. We waited 10 minutes in line, 2 people ahead of us on our side. Our side did not move. We watched 4 cars on the other side go through and leave. They never served the person in the truck two up from us. We finally left as they started serving the 5th car on the opposite side. There was no sign saying that side was closed, no one came out to tell the line anything. Very disappointing.

Coffee is always good at Big Foot but this location was super slow. We waited about 20 minutes in line. Only 2 cars ahead of us. Most shops start making your drinks as you order but this one waited until our transaction was complete and handed us our card back before even starting drinks.

One Star for the Bonney Lake location strictly because the manager there (short gal with black hair) is so horrendously awful to the employees. I have seen her degrading them, yelling at them, acting condescending overall so many times that I finally said something. The “manager” identified herself as such and said I could go somewhere else. I will. I cannot watch her disgusting behavior even one more time.
I hope upper management gets clued in because there is no way her behavior is in line with the company’s values.
