I'm a delivery driver and asked for a cup of water and they said they couldn't give it because it was illegal for them to give me a water because it's unfiltered..... If it's so dangerous to drink their unfiltered water, how are they making drinks with it? You know, a little generosity goes a lot further than pettiness.

If I could give zero stars. I would. We waited five minutes for her to come out and then had the audacity to be rude. Didn’t even fill the cup up when she made my drink. I said thank you after she handed my drink then just shuts the window on us. Never going to this location. She was light skin, curly hair. Rude as hell

Barista made me the best hot chocolate at 10pm on a holiday!!
I showed up and sat there for close to ten minutes I honked and everything. there was no sign on the window (well the one I was at apparently) another lady had showed up and sat there for a bit idk if she just didn’t see the sign on her window or like me was going to try to wait it out. She ends up leaving I sit there for a couple more minutes and have to leave. It was around 308am and I left around 317am give or take a minute. I leave and call and it rings a lot and someone finally answered and I said what happened and she told me she was in the restroom which I get but she had a bit of an attitude and told me she wasn’t gone for ten minutes and that there was a sign but not one for the other window. I would’ve been fine with the explanation but she had a bit of attitude and was argumentative about how long I sat there. I suggest one if you are solo you make a sign for both windows, two don’t get snippy with customers! I am a team lead for digital shopping and if I talked to my customers who called to ask what was going on like that I would’ve been in trouble. Idk if I will be back to that location usually I have amazing experience there but when it’s 3am and I’m on my way to work and just want a coffee or energy drink and you are the only company open and I get that response when I’m just trying to figure out what is going on idk…….

I really like this place but just recently got my SECOND defective lid, that caused me such a huge mess it isn't funny. I had my mythical mocha allllll over myself, my car, my car seat, seat belt, etc. Same thing happened last summer!! And the thing is, when the jacked up lid pops up because it doesn't fit right... you don't just 'make it work' because it's holding in whipped cream. Trying to hold a broken and spilling everywhere cup while you're driving is NOT fun. 😪
