I was in last week sometime and asked if they were closing early on Christmas Day, the barista wasn’t sure because she was off. I said I know there’s a certain holiday you guys close early. Christmas Day I showed at around 11:43-11:45 am, and was in line. There was a cone blocking one side, I saw someone come out and move a cone behind a car. As a customer inline what does that cone mean? There were at least four cars including myself in line. If the barista can come move a cone, knowing they aren’t going to serve everyone else in line, they should let everyone in line know they aren’t taking anymore orders, instead of letting everyone waiting in line for nothing. I drove up to the window and asked what was going on, Nate stated they were closed, it was not 12pm yet. He then stated they were told to put the cones out at 11:30 am and be out at 12pm, and they needed to get home to their families to. I said that’s fine, I would reach out to corporate. He then stated he was sorry. I’ve been coming to the location for about 2 years, and don’t get me wrong mostly everybody is nice, but the service 9 out 10 times is poor, the wait times can be 20-30 minutes and there aren’t very many cars, the barista’s spend more time conversing with each other which slows down the process of making drinks. Recently I have been driving by the stand first and if there’s two or more cars, I just drive to the Alderton or Buckley location, because it will be faster than waiting in line. I myself have spent over 20 years in customer service, and if everybody just stopped serving customers because it was closing time, I doubt customers would be returning

The comments are so funny lol I love this coffee shop and all the baristas there - I want them all to have a great day no matter what. My coffee is always consistent and I shop there a LOT. Even when I'm door dashing my coffee - it's still consistent. Appreciate them 🫶😊✨

I'm a delivery driver and asked for a cup of water and they said they couldn't give it because it was illegal for them to give me a water because it's unfiltered..... If it's so dangerous to drink their unfiltered water, how are they making drinks with it? You know, a little generosity goes a lot further than pettiness.

If I could give zero stars. I would. We waited five minutes for her to come out and then had the audacity to be rude. Didn’t even fill the cup up when she made my drink. I said thank you after she handed my drink then just shuts the window on us. Never going to this location. She was light skin, curly hair. Rude as hell

By far my favorite bigfoot in the area. The baristas here are always so bubbly and kind and even remember my order. I've never left this bigfoot disappointed in my order or the service I have received
