Branks serves the best BBQ in the NW. Brisket, beans, ribs, chicken. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you want BBQ that is equal to Kansas City or Austin stop in here.

The staff was very friendly, great atmosphere, pretty great food, decent prices. My only issue was the ribs not being very tender. Flavor was spot on and the hot BBQ sauce is awesome, though.

Very friendly staff at pick up. Bought the $250 combo plate to feed the family under short notice. It was very good quality and very good flavoring. Can't wait to visit again. Note: wasn't really in the mood for bbq but mind quickly changed shortly thereafter lol

I'm from the greater Seattle Tacoma area. I would consider myself to be well versed and knowledgeable regarding local dining options.
That said, I USED TO rave about this establishment. When previously asked about knowing any good local barbecue spots, I would enthusiastically recommend Brank's- hands down.
Fast forward to today. I decided to splurge because I had some good news, and treat myself to some bbq. I say splurge because unfortunately, my one small meal shown in the pictures, cost me $55.00? The meat was so dry, in some places it's actually petrified.
And on top of the sub par quality of food and price being outrageous, check out the photos of the side dishes. For $50, you couldn't give me a full serving???? Or a drink??
Also, there was a substantial amount of fat on the brisket
And the cherry on top, before leaving I'm asking the cashier if she had put forks and knives and whatnot in there and she swore to me up and down that they were and they most certainly were not in the bag?
I could probably look past most of this stuff but the price tag on top of it all? I probably won't be back again and I certainly will not be recommending it ever again. :(

Visited this BBQ joint several times over a 2 week long business trip. Kept coming back for the spot on flavor of professionally smoked meats! A few of the menu items I sampled: a tender and smoky brisket sandwich, a wholesome salad with BBQ chicken, and a slam dunk 8 oz tri tip steak dinner. Don't forget the cornbread! It's a must!

I really hate to leave a bad review, but l was very disappointed with the food. Dry and bland! I spent 53 dollars on just myself. Not worth it at all.
Amazing place to eat. Dine in was excellent. All employees over the top. Brisket macaroni & cheese off the charts!

Worst meal ever from Brank's BBQ. They are normally our go-to for BBQ takeout. However, this time, we were very disappointed 😞. The ribs were mostly bone & grisly the BBQ beans were more like bean soup & the cornbread was a little bit overcooked.. I'm not sure what happened 6 the couple months since we were there last time. Last note, the meat supplier should be reported to the SPCA for starving their pigs for the lack of meat on the ribs. We will probably try them another time. Hopefully, this was just a bad day for them.
