I’ve been going to this establishment since 2016 and used to love the food/ atmosphere, however yesterday they lost a customer. My sister stopped in to pickup a couple crepes for us and she was told they can’t make any sweet crepes because they ran out the batter. Ok, no biggie, she orders savory crepes and ASKS to add chicken. She pays the extra charge and waits for the food. We get the food and they not only didn’t add chicken but the food was tasteless and full of oil. To add insult to injury the staff was rude when my sister asked how they were able to serve other dining patrons sweet crepes but couldn’t sell it for a to go order. Needless to say, wont be going back after the horrible service and food.

This was my first time coming into this place so I didn’t know what to expect. However, I must say it was a different experience for me and my friends.

We like trying out new places for our birthdays. This place came up on our radar. I must say that the atmosphere was very clean and warm. However, I wasn’t aware we needed to order right away as soon as you come in. Nonetheless, we were very impressed with the food.

I just wanted the customer service to have been more friendly. We went to find our table after ordering and wasn’t told they would call us. Only for our coffees to be significantly cold. I thought that was the reason we grabbed a number for our table?

The food was delicious though! Lastly, they ran out of water in the front and I asked would they add more water to their water cooler. Only for all the employees to almost ignore me and I finally got tired of waiting. I will give this place another chance but when they have stepped up their customer service.

We came in as a party of 4. 3 of us got our food right away. 20 minutes all 4 of us had no drinks and 1 person no food. When we as asked about it they said we are next. However 3 groups of 2 and 1 person by themselves came in after us by 5 minutes and 10 minutes after us. All got their food and drinks already. They have this is crazy system of splitting work so one side got 10 crepes and 10 drinks out in 20 minutes while the orher side got 3 crepes and no drinks out. The you are next and then watching 6 crepes coem out after that was the icing on the cake. Then when we went up again after 25 minutes and getting our drinks then they oh we did forget order and we are starting your last crepes now.

Crepes were mediocre. Got our last food finally after 35 minutes Definitely seems like the reviews are not real. No compensation or even a free drink card for next time was offered. Coffee was wonderful. Seating and atmosphere was fine. It was nice the place was only half full so it was not crowded.

Food for two crepes it is taking about 25 minutes and counting to receive. They over steeped the tea, making it very strong for the tastes buds. I alao saw someone who was taking out the trash hand someone a plate... which was very unsanitary. Not only that, but the tables are dirty and stay dirty for a long time. For everything to cost 36$ for two crepes and two drinks, this kind of service seems ridiculous

I have been to Craft19 three times now. The first time, I absolutely loved the Victorian Tea Latte that I received. It was so delicious!

I have been there 2 other times and ordered the same thing and it was nothing to write home about. I was utterly disappointed! Today, I went there for my last time and ordered the same, hoping that it was just a fluke the second time. NOPE! It was just so subpar. There was just no flavor to it. Whoever made it the first time must have taken her secret with her when she left. Not to mention that as soon as I took the tiniest sip, I burnt my mouth so bad that I instantly had blisters form on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. I understand that tea needs to be hot. I am used to drinking hot tea every morning, but this was way too hot. I didn't realize that instead of a sleeve, they double cupped and so it was very deceitful as to just how hot the water was.

Just a bit of advice, please, steep the tea in hot water, but do not double cup. And I am not so sure the water needs to be quite that hot. I couldn't even try to enjoy the rest of my hot beverage as my mouth was too blistered to drink it even after it had cooled a bit.

Edit: I now only visit every other month. Coffee is now bitter and burnt flavor and not even close to the same quality served to hot and burnt my mouth . For 2 people to go it’s over $40 to get food and a coffee and wait 45 min to get served. Often missing an ingredient or not the same quality each time I come. Or I come and they are completely out of what I was going to order.

Last few months service has been inconsistent. Not to mention took 30 min to get my coffee with only one coffee order ahead of me and then tasted watered down and no flavor. Normally if your Oder food it takes about 30 min to come but I don’t mind because I like to do some personal work. WiFi is not always available have tried to call in advance to see if it’s on but they don’t answer the phone. Prices are a bit high for the quality and service. Used to come maybe 2x a week. I have reduced it to maybe 1-2x a month.

Parking: There is parking around back if the front lot or street parking is full.

They reduced their menu options and no longer have gluten free crepes available. Disappointing. We won’t be back!

I have enjoyed coming here in the past, but unfortunately, found out today that they stopped offering the gluten free crepe batter so I won't be able to come here any longer. So disappointing!! Also, if you are going to stop carrying a specific item, please update your website's menu, especially when it's the difference between whether someone can eat in your establishment or not. I had checked your site the day prior to ensure it was still available.... had I known that it was no longer being made, I would have saved myself a 20 minute drive today.

The food and coffee is always good but they have some hygiene and cleanliness issues here. The tables are always sticky and the utensils are always dirty and sticky before using them. I also noticed a worker coughing in there without a mask and handling food. Just wear a mask if you have a cough? It just makes sense.

This used to be a great place but not anymore. The coffee is still good but food quality has gone way down - items are often unavailable. On my most recent visit, the crepe was undercooked (to the point of being inedible) and although the staff eventually remade it the initial response was that that’s just “how they are sometimes.” I love to support local places but Craft 19 is lacking in quality, consistency and service.

Waited over 25 minutes for a single crepe while I watched the girls giggle and work slowly at the griddles. Crepe was served to me so cold it wouldn’t even melt the butter that was served with it. Crepe was also undercooked. Very, very disappointed.

I had their cinnamon crepe and I had a milk tea (also known as a London fog). The milk tea had a lot of froth on it which I wasn't used to. It was okay but it wasn't very sweet in that it was a little bit... bitter, which I guess isn't that bad now that I think about it. The thing that got me the most was a cinnamon crepe. Typically I get a fruit crepe but they didn't have anything like that at the time and the only option they had was a Nutella one with banana and I'm not a fan of Nutella. I think I remember there used to be at least three or four crepe options before they had like the breakfast style (those are good options). But there wasn't as many options this time and it was a little bit of a surprise.
Now the reason why I don't give as high of a rating as I used to - because this place was like a five star to me for the longest time since I used to go here on special occasions here and there - is because the cinnamon crepe was WAY too much cinnamon. It was so bad that I actually choked on it because the cinnamon that was sitting on top was a little bit too much. (Like think of putting straight Cinnamon on the top of a piece of toast and try to eat that). I felt like I kind of gave myself the cinnamon challenge and I didn't expect that until I was eating it. The cinnamon filling was also kind of overkill and I felt like I was just eating gobs of liquid cinnamon.

I didn't really expect that because when I was initially ordering it I was thinking it was going to be more of a subtle flavor, not like I was actually chugging... Like- I guess a full serving of it.

Anyway, I'm open to changing my review the next time that I go back, but this was not the best experience. And it was pretty shocking for me considering this place is generally very good.

This coffee shop offers sweet and savory crepes. The one we tried was delicious! It had pesto, ricotta, spinach and chicken in it.
Coffee for drink in is served in ceramic mugs.
If it is busy it may take a little while to get your coffee order. I waited at least 10 minutes before getting mine.

For $15 a plate, I was expecting fresh, high quality ingredients. Instead, crepe tasted like it was pre-made & frozen , ingredients were highly processed (e.g cheese & sausage) . Also, they forgot the added ingredient I paid for. Coffee was Iuke warm. Won’t be back.
