Wish I could give zero stars i order from here often and they always mess up my pizza, i order just bacon or pepperoni and bacon and they never give me cheese at all. I call and try to complain and they do nothing this place needs to go, bring back the little ceasers. Zero cheese on a 1 to 2 topping pizza are you serious?

I had ordered my mother some pizza for her birthday about a month ago. She’s highly allergic to mushrooms and there were mushrooms on the pizza. I called back. Spoke to one of the managers didn’t have the phone number but I had the receipt and she was willing to work with me, I called back tonight to see if I’m still able to get my order because it’s been more than a month and the supervisor on shift was disrespectful and disregarding and hung up in my face I tried to call back to get his name and it went to voicemail multiple of times

When you guys were the ones who made my mother hospitalized on her birthday for adding mushrooms on to the pizza no respect at all!

Never will I use dominos again. Left me hungry and frustrated. I tried to order pizza online and it would not process my card for some reason. I tried 3 different cards. I tried to change to curbside pickup and pay cash at store and it still rejected my order. It told me to call store so I did and AI was helping me. Than it said it was having trouble with order and transferred me to a human and order I placed with AI did not transcribe at all. So I told the guy I was talking to my order and my frustration…. I asked if he would honor the online coupon of 50% off since that is where I placed order originally and he would not. He told me lots of people having issue with app… very dismissive. I told him moving forward I will order papa Johns and he said OK…worst service ever.

This is one of the worst dominios I've ever ordered from they have messed up more of my orders than they have gotten right it said 37 to 44 min delivery took an hour and 20 mins they food said it entered the oven an hour before it arrived the delivery said they left the store 30 mins prior to it arriving and all they have to say is sorry for the wait, not sorry for the cold food or the inconvenience, the food so cold and soggy from sitting there it's not even edible, this place is sad and disgusting

This crew at Dominos does a fantastic job. Food is always ready in record time. The app makes it super easy. And the crew is always friendly. I often order the pastas and sometimes the loaded tots.

We ordered a 12 inch thin crust pizza…. It was by far the worst pizza we have ever tried to eat. It was dry, no cheese and maybe a teaspoon of sauce. We would never ever order another dominos pizza! I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t help myself. It had pepperoni sausage black olive and mushrooms.

Had to leave a review :/ waited more than 30 min for our pizza even tho the tracker said 14 min. Fine, that happens. But we got a pizza that had legit no sauce and no cheese on half of it. That's crazy. The team members were nice tho- just... not the pizza.
It's pizza. Generic, fast food. Couldn't deliver although less than 4 miles away.

We had a couple of struggles from the taking of a $50 to the wrong pizza to our stuffed bread not being cut... with all that trouble, 1 thing sticks out the most. The manager Hailey and her incredible service. She made every situation better. I never got mad at her but she still aimed to make sure I left with a smile. A job VERY well done. I look forward to working with her again. Hailey is a great testament to proper customer service. She loves her job and it very much shows
