My always to-go favorite place for matcha and delicious dubai choco waffle! i would recommend their double double matcha and jasmine matcha!

I love this place. i drive out of my way, passing places like happy lemon to come here. it’s just a great place with fantastic bubble tea. even though they got rid of my favorite, ube taro milk tea, it doesn’t mean i still won’t give them a 5 star, they do amazing there and i recommend it.
its also very cozy in there and they make their food options look very fancy, i love it.

Food quantities are pretty big. Both things we got were definitely for 2 or 3 people. The shaved ice was really good, it was vanilla shaved ice with Oreo toppings and a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a side of condensed milk for the topping.
Everything was really good, we will be coming back again!
