Coffee was cup was a little over half full i guess they leave that extra space when you say no whip or foam. Second Coffee was the wrong size. Overall not happy

I used to get Gravity coffee often and would savor it. Something has drastically changed in its quality. Different beans ? Different roast ? I don't know but its not too good anymore.

Revising my old review after the owner contacted me and resolved the issue.
i really like this as a late night study space. in the evenings, they have a super cozy feeling lobby, slightly dim warm lighting and a fireplace. they sell both coffee and energy drinks(loved the area 51 for iced coffe, is like a more minty coffee). baristas are friendly too.

Honestly I love the drinks and the stand is just down the road from me so it’s so convenient for me to pop in, but unfortunately every time I’m in the drive through and there any more then two cars in line ahead of me i’m waiting for 20 minutes or more. I’m in line right now there’s 4 cars ahead of me the same car has been at the window since I pulled up which was 8 and a half minutes ago now. I do really want to say great amazing things and want to continue coming here but waiting 20+ minutes in a drive through line just isn’t doable every time.

I've gone to many different locations of Gravity Coffee, I always order 16oz Chocolate Milk. Occasionally different locations give me ice, so I am sure to ask for no ice. I did that today, and while it came with no ice it was noticeably not full.

I asked if I could have the amount missing, and was told you don't get a full 16oz of milk if you opt out of ice. I went home and measured water filled to the same point and it was hardly 12oz. The milk didn't even fully make it above the Gravity Logo on the cup.

For how much I'm paying for a single chocolate milk when I can go next door to WinCo and buy two for that price, I'd assume I'd at least get 16oz in my drink.

They can't make a simple iced vanilla latte, I got coffee with milk poured in it. I asked if they could put some flavor in it and the girl dumped 4 shots of the syrup so now it was overwhelming sweet. Horrible service for a Sunday morning! First and last time I go here.

The millennials or gen z girls don’t listen or switch off and don’t communicate. I think ā€˜Don’t listenā€. I SAID WHIPPED CREAM…..šŸ˜

to ā€œJamie C.ā€ below, I just wanted to say that you were absolutely rude to the employees and a nuisance.

don’t come back to this place, the employees don’t deserve to hear your B.S.

A dependable spot for meetings—there’s always seating, and the extended hours are a definite plus. That said, they’re not very accommodating. I wasn’t able to get cheese removed from a breakfast sandwich due to a dairy issue, something every other place I’ve tried has handled without a problem.

Prices are also on the higher side—sometimes nearly double compared to similar options, like Rivers Edge CafĆ©. It’s convenient, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
