DELICIOUS! They are ALWAYS consistent and it tastes the same every time (which I feel is hard to find these days). Supernova is fantastic!

The coffee is good, no disputing that. However, when asked previously about getting Splenda in my coffee, one barista said, sure, no problem. The next said, I’m sorry we don’t have Splenda and never have carried it. Either way, somebody lied to me and I don’t appreciate that. Makes it hard to return.Otherwise, the coffee was good and the atmosphere nice. I’ll give credit where it’s due.

Barista was very short and rude and then put in a tip without asking me for one or having me sign my recite. Makes me feel like she could have been scamming me. When I asked her about signing me recite she said "oh I thought you said 2$ for a tip and I put it in for you" I never said that. Be mindful of your service there. Because now I feel like you are skimming tips. She wasnt friendly and the total time I was in line wasnt about 25 min with 3 cars ahead of me. I would have tipped anyways and which I did end up leaving the 2$ that she took for me but I will not be coming to this location ever again and I would recommend anyone else to try another local spot instead. 9:30 Friday 3/1

Awful service today. No food available. Out of nonfat milk and the cashier couldn't care less when I ordered it, just very bored and rude during the entire transaction. Not impressed and I won't be back.

Gravity Coffee: More Interested in Pets Than Paying CustomersOn Sunday, 12/10/2023 at 1:26pm My wife and I pulled into the drive-thru, hopeful for a quick caffeine fix. But our optimism quickly turned to disgust. The server, engaged in a conversation with what appeared to be neighbor, barely acknowledged our existence. She blatantly ignored our presence, and casually petting the neighbors dog with the same hand she would later use to touch their coffee. As if the blatant disregard weren't enough, she then proceeded to grab their coffee lid with the paw-caressed fingers and hand it off to the neighbor, still lost in their dialogue. By now, three cars had piled up behind us, but the server seemed oblivious of the growing line or her abysmal customer service.Rather than risk a coffee tainted by dog germs and terrible customer service, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Gravity Coffee lost two paying customers and gained a scathing review, all thanks to their employee's bizarre priorities. Consider it a wake-up call, Gravity. Your baristas need a crash course in basic hygiene and customer service, or you'll be closing your new stores as fast as you opened them.

I stopped at this location while I was out doing some shopping. I use to go to the Gravity in Orting, but the new employees that have rotated in, make it hard to want to visit that location. I visited the lobby and it was very cozy..such a nice surprise. The staff was very kind. Mia was very sweet and the perfect amount of bubbly. Edgar, I think? Was also very kind. Mia, I think might've been new and he was very kind and helpful to her. Employees really are the face of the company. Even if the drink is amazing, can be ruined by a bad experience. Happy to see this place has both. I'll be stopping by again for sure!

First time in since they took over this location and it was sad. It used to be so cute and so busy on the weekends. It was dead and I still waited 20 minutes for my one coffee. No food or snacks anymore, just an empty case and two people working but only focused on the drive thru. They should not have the sit in cafe. Definitely not their forte.

Although it is more expensive, the coffee here is just amazing. However, given the ambiance and service, the cappuccinos are completely worth it.

Sometimes I wish I could teach them how to make espresso shots cuz it's always burnt and I've had to throw away drinks. Won't be getting coffee here anymore at least.

I haven't been back to this location for awhile but as always very satisfied with not only service but also the drinks were fantastic and she was so quick.I ordered 2 children rasp, smoothies 2, 24 oz rasp smoothies 1, 24 oz pjb and 1, I believe 32 Oz PBJ smoothies and it took less then 10 mins for her to make allThe only bad thing was they were out of carriers but I was thankful for the cashier and maker was nice enough to teĺ me a head of time and I had a perfect reusable bag to put them in.This is my favorite location I sometimes go out of my way to get here was happy I did this time.Thank you so much for such great service and also such kindness on an early Sunday morning 830am
