just got off work at 3:30am and get here st 4 am just for them to tell me they don’t open at 430 am for system updates. should really state that on the website or even the hours on google.

When I was hanging out in the lobby with a friend one time, I heard the manager and an employee talk about 'picking up a cache' as they were leaving. I knew that there were rumors on some shady dealings around this place, but that solidified it for me, this place is bad news.

Its pretty much good. The only drawback is that you cant get outta there for less than 20 a person unless you order small burgers. But i love jib, ill keep paying for that onion mayo

Went late at night pulled up they let me know there system was updating and how long it would take I came back and they took my order had great uplifting attitudes and gave me good food good portions and a free mini chocolate cake made my night now I'm eating this bomb food while eating this review thank you for this wonderful experience after a very very hard day

The chicken strips were overcooked and instead of having the guy ahead of us pull forward at the drive thru, we sat for about five minutes waiting behind him. Our food was ready and waiting and starting to get cold when we got it. Won’t be back to this location

I went to both Sumner, Jack-in-the-Box and Bonney Lake Jack-in-the-Box in Washington state quarter after 6 AM no cars at the Bonney Lake Jack-in-the-Box not one the doors were locked and nobody was there. No cars at all the summer one I went to at 10 minutes after six and there was nobody the lights were all off wanting to know why they were both closed this morning when I thought it was at 24 Hour service???
Horrible service! I ordered a curly fry with my meal, got charged for a curly fry as the woman at the window took my card for payment I heard an employee in the background with a nasty attitude say I’m NOT getting the curly fries out of the freezer when they are behind all the regular fries! Then the window lady says “THEN DONT!” and slams the window.. I wait and the two women are going back and forth and a male brings me my order quickly so he can shut the window so I don’t hear them arguing…. and I have regular fries.. but paid for curly.
