I have been coming to this restaurant since 2011. I have never had any issues with their food or staff. I usually love to enjoy a chicken sandwich or their breakfast sandwiches. Overall I have nothing against coming here though. Never had any issues with the people who work there. Overall it's good to come here once in a blue moon.

Went thru the drive thru today on the way home. Got 20 minutes down the road, opened my sandwich and first thing I see is mold!!! Yes moldy bread on my sourdough jack. To top it off the fries were nothing but burnt ends. This place is horrible and you couldn't pay me to return.

Hard to believe that we were here in bonney lake for a school competition and we decided to go through the drive-thru after a long day and all of my family was hungry should be refused service because I wasn't a DoorDasher very disappointing

How do you run a burger place with no one on grills? I got stuck in the drive through and told there was no one that could work the grills so I couldn't order a sandwich of any kind. Seriously?

Over a year ago, the young gentleman running the night crew. Here, a Jack in the box helped us with a very unique order. It was catering to my fiancé cancer treatment. He went above and beyond, he's still here today, and if you're ever looking for a late night Snack and you want somebody that takes pride in their job. Come on down the jack in the box in sumner
Got order wrong and when we tried to call back, no answer. Went to restaurant because it was close to home and noticed employee picking up phone and leaving it off the hook so it was busy. Understaffed as well supposedly.

just got off work at 3:30am and get here st 4 am just for them to tell me they don’t open at 430 am for system updates. should really state that on the website or even the hours on google.
