Stopped in just recently and got a chicken sandwich. I was going through some stuff and Makieh was quite literally the nicest Jack in the Box employee I've ever encountered in my 35 or something years I've been a customer. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I came to dine in and all I hear is yelling when I approach the counter. The manager Jeanine was telling the younger adult that he is slow messing everything up
I did not get acknowledged when I approached the counter. But the manager had her back to me. She had that poor young man. So frustrated. It took them about 10 minutes to make my food. They gave me the wrong food and did not even Apologize for it. I didn't want them to make my food and get it wrong again so I just ate what they gave me and she was still consistently talking crazy to her employees. I sat in the restaurant 40 minutes and nothing but yelling and complaining from her. Very dissatisfied. I live in the neighborhood and that's the first time I came here and I will never come back and I will tell my whole family not to come back. They are so unorganized and they don't work well together. Very very poor customer service

Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe the night manager at this location. Not only can she not do her job right she has the worst attitude of any “adult”. Your job isn’t that hard, you weren’t busy , you’re just not cut out for the job you have; which is sad. Just avoid this place.

Did a mobile order around 1 am August 17th, came home to realize all my fries were not there and as someone who eats both fries and chicken at the same time (which is why I bought both at the same time) I didn’t end up eating and went to bed planning to go back to Jack and a box in the morning to remake my order. (I just got home from work at 1 am I’m not driving back to Jack and a box at midnight just to get my fries RIGHT NOW) I show up the morning of the 17th full order in hand and mobile order for proof open on my phone. They tell me they can give me my fries they missed understandable if it was a regular case of them forgetting something but it was not I was not able to eat any of my 30$ order because a main chunk was missing. All I needed was it remade so I could eat my order I paid to have made all together. Just because of your mistakes I have to drive back at 2am to get the rest of my food?? Who would do that of course I’m gonna wait until the morning? But if I wait until the morning I don’t get all of my food made together GREAT! Come here if you want a super frustrating experience ❤️

I hope this location closes and reopens as a Wendy’s. The food is always made poorly, burnt, cold? I don’t know how you do that but they do. And the cost?! My goodness. It’s nearly $25-$30 for a combo meal? No thanks. Please close down.
