The service is terrible. They lie about actually being open, do not answer the phone, and provide rude service towards night shift workers. I am completely offended by the service and no longer wish to ever eat at Jack in the Box again.

I love eating at this amazing establishment more than any fast food restuarant. I Feel the experience we had at the Bonney Lake location is very rude and not about customer service in any way. We will not be back. We were there before they closed and they denied service to 4 cars. Lost customers for life. On your door it says twenty four hours but when I called he said I should have reference to the website. Sad and disgusting.

Waited in like for 10 mins and a workers comes out and puts a cone in front of my car right as I’m next to order in the drive thru and walks away! How are you going to not put the cone at least behind the cars in line but also just not say anything. So I backed out of the drive thru since I was literally pulled into it. Costumer service is clearly not priority.

I ordered a small fry and coke for the ride back home. Couldn't believe how much it cost. Wouldn't mind so much, but I was short-changed on the fries, I'm sure. What I received didn't even fill the small bag up. But they were good . Then they forgot my coke, and i had to drive around again to get it.

This is for the guys working at 1am on a Monday , y’all are the goat! I usually order the same thing, jacks spicy wraps. Always the same a tiny little chicken tender in there. Tonight there were two big chicken tenders in all three of them lol y’all honestly rock for that.
Tall pudgy Guy giving me my food was acting strange, had a crap eating grin on his face the whole time. Like he knew he was getting away with something. A short girl in there stared at me like she just seen a ghost. Makes me not want to go back or eat my food I just ordered. Ended up not eating my food. Might want to check on the weekend evening crew, they were acting very suspicious. And the arm of the guy that took my card, it didn’t even move from the window. Y’all might be gettin ripped off or something. Idk, that’s how just strange the whole interaction was. Seriously.

I took my grandchildren here today for lunch. Since they are 2 and 3 years old I decided to dine in. Getting our food was pretty quick but after the kids drank all their juice I went up to the counter and ordered 2 children's small ice waters. It wasn't the fact that they charged me $2.17 for it. It was the fact that the kid told me it was going to be a few minutes because he had to "make" it. What?? Since when do we have to make water when there's a machine in the lobby? Ridiculous.

Ordered online. Waited over 30 minutes for 3 cars only. Got up to the front of the line and given 1/3 of my food. Asked for drinks, given wrong drinks, corrected them on the 2 drinks I ordered. Finally given all but 1 thing in drive through after multiple requests. Told to wait out front for it so I pulled around and waited 10+ minutes. Went inside and was told they didnt know who it was going to so they never made it. Left without my full order so everyone else could eat what little warm food I had. Total trip of an hour trying to get my family's dinner. Will not be back again. Save yourself some time and go to mcdonalds instead.
