Went to the Bonney Lake Jack in the box at lunch time. My Grandson and I ordered and got our food. Everything was Hot and fresh. Entire Order was Correct. The lady Manager obviously takes great pride in what she does and her crew works really good with her! It's the only Jack in the box we will eat at! Guaranteed if she's working you will get Hot, fresh food, and what you ordered will be correct! The Sunner WA Jack in the box isn't very good so it's well worth driving up the hill to get great food!

Had an absolutely fabulous experience at the Bonney Lake Jack in the Box. We came in and with not even average expectations, and left with our socks blown off. Extremely clean atmosphere, and I was not scared at all to use the restroom. The restaurant as adorably decorated for the holidays, which brought a smile to my face. The burger I received was toasty and filled with flavor, and the freestyle Coca-Cola beverage was crispy if you know what I mean. I would also like to add that the service was exceptional, they helped my husband and brother in law by catering to their dietary preferences. This place is so much better than the Rexburg, Idaho Jack in the Box, which is probably why the Rexburg location shut down and this one is still up and running

I recently visited the Jack in the Box in Bonney Lake, Washington, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.One notable highlight was their flexibility and kindness. Knowing that I couldn't afford the cheese on my burger, they were more than willing to add it to my plain burger without any hesitation. This level of customer service truly made my day.The atmosphere in the restaurant was surprisingly festive, adorned with cheerful Christmas decorations. It created a jolly and welcoming ambiance that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience.Overall, I highly recommend the Jack in the Box in Bonney Lake for not only their delicious offerings but also for their exceptional customer service and festive atmosphere. It's a place where you not only get a satisfying meal but also leave with a smile.

do not order boba from here by far the worst boba ive had !!! i highly dont recommend! the tapioca pearls are hard and disgusting they should discontinue it asap!!

The 2 different guys that run the night shift here are amazing! It seems like they never work the same shift together but they both are QUICK, PRECISE, RESPECTFUL and always have an uplifting attitude. They both understand the gig-workers struggle. I wish I knew their names. They both deserve a raise. I know a lot of people who drive for Door Dash & time after time i'm told these guys are basically flawless. They keep their cool when the drive-thru line gets long. When it's time to pick up a Jack In The Box order it's a relief to know that there aren't any headaches here. SKIP SUMNER, ORDER FROM HERE!! I cannot stress it enough now much these guys are appreciated!!!!
Very good $5 dollar burger meal. They are the only good $5 meal left. Thanks for such a good job. The tiny taco are fire.
