I thought their jjblt without mayo was just a one time problem but it was a recurrence. Just ordered one today and requested extra mayo... Guess what?! Not a single mayo on my jjblt (I ordered previous jjblt from different states and it did not disappoint). I'll go to federal way next time at least everytime we order there it did not disappoint.
Their payment machine tipped a higher amount than I chose and they did not give us our complete order. I can’t with Jimmy John’s anymore.

Used to be able to call and have a sandwich in 5-10 minutes. They switched to uber and doordash delivery and takes an hour to get a 10$ sub for 20$ after delivery fees. Freaky fast delivery…more like freaky expensive slow delivery.
I'm seeing some negative reviews, but I work in the area and order often. Always a great experience! Thank you Sumner JJs team!

Yesterday, 7/24 I ordered a sandwich around 4-5 pm.
Got home and found a long black hair BAKED in the bread!! 🤢

Stopped by the Sumner Jimmy John’s around 6:40 PM and it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The staff looked completely checked out rude, slow, and acting like customers were an inconvenience. There was a woman sitting off to the side in a Jimmy John’s shirt who clearly seemed like the one in charge, but she didn’t do anything. Just sat there on her laptop while her team ignored people and let the place fall apart.
It was obvious no one cared. The energy was unprofessional from the moment I walked in, and the whole crew acted like they’d rather be anywhere else. Management needs to step in and clean house. I won’t be back.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I went to this Jimmy John’s expecting a quick, decent sandwich, but what I got was a total mess. The order was completely wrong — I asked for no mayo and extra pickles, and somehow got the opposite. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager, Mary, acted like I was the problem. She was rude, dismissive, and made zero effort to fix the mistake. Instead of offering a replacement or even an apology, she just shrugged and walked away. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Won’t be coming back.

Gross, my veggie came with 3 peices of cucumber & 3 peices tomatoes plus a little lettuce? Was like mayonnaise sandwich! 40 dollars for 3 nasty sandwiches! Gross gave them to the birds

I love Jimmy John’s however whoever makes sandwich’s, please only put the condiments listed or added on the sandwich. The Vito doesn’t come with mayo so don’t add it!

I received the wrong order , my bad I didn’t notice until I was at home , so I called . The person I spoke to reassured me I had received the correct order, she remembered me .she argued . I explained I had two of the same sandwiches and they were not giants , she said no continued to argue , said they are giants . I said I will come in . Alright good , she replied , I walked in to the same person I spoke to on the phone she opened the bag and told me “ two of the sandwiches = 1 , giant sandwich”. Problem being I order two giant sandwiches and paid for two and only received one . Then she said “2 = one “ and then asked for my receipt and walked away when they remembered me and my order , and it was clearly wrong .The staff was repeating my correct order back she took no ownership She did not apologize she was rude on the phone and rude in person . She then walked away Only saving grace was another representative spoke up apologized offered me two cookies and said that explains why we had two extra tuna sandwiches . Really so she knew what I was missing they had thrown away my sandwich .Just wanted to argue , why ? This is not ok , I paid 58.00 and tipped . I was treated poorly and as if I was trying to get something for nothing or asking for more than I paid for . I was treated poorly because of the way I looked . I reviewed similar negative posts , enough negative reviews . I think this Jimmy John’s store rolls this way !! See comments other customer comments below : I will reach out
I see the standard reply . People shouldn’t treat others this way no matter how we dress We as customer need to demand better : I “ll reach out to Jimmy John’s corporate . I took the time to post this review and will take the time to reach out too corporate. Enough negative feedback back on this store . The 5 dollar bill comment below wow . And the standard reply from Jimmy Johns , time to visit some stores !! We do not roll that way !

Not a great experience there today. Even worse when I opened my food and found brown lettuce.
Received the wrong sandwich in my order so I came back.. they made the correct one and swapped it out no problem. Good customer service & efficient. Thank you

On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's I have gone too.
