Pretty okay place, a lot of the workers are very nice or at least professional, but a worker I think named Portia, around college graduate age could use a little advice on engaging with customers that she doesn't like or gets put off with.

Super friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. I don't typically like typing unless I'm being waited on, but I had no issue tipping based on the service alone. The sandwiches are always fantastic!

My order was forgotten and several people who ordered after me got their food. I had to ask for mine and they made it on the fly. I ordered a Vito, no mods and they put mayonnaise on the sandwich even though it doesn’t come with it on it. I hate mayo.
Staff was super nice, and I got my sandwich before I took my card out of the machine!

Gave this a two star only because I picked up a couple of sandwiches. I elected not to give a tip because I was just picking up and not eating there. So after waiting my son goes to the gentleman who is making the sandwiches and he says I guess your waiting for these, if you want a bag or condiments or napkins there over there. So my son had to bag our food and put the stuff we needed inside and got a dirty look from the employee. We're a little nervous about eating the food! Guess next time I'll budget for a tip on top of the inflated price of the food, even if we're not being served. Not sure why fast did restaurants are requesting tips now, we're all going through it! Ugh

Not sure lying to their customers is the best practice. I placed an order with their app at 8:37pm, they close at 9:00.Jacob called me seven minutes later saying they just got a huge order and ran out of bread. Little did he know I was already in their parking lot and I watched two of the three dudes there fu**ing around. It was almost closing time and they didn't want to have to make a sandwich. Nobody showed up to pick up a "huge" order. I could see several loaves behind the counter. At 9:04 the lights were out and they left.
