Food is just as good as McDonald's. Customer service is about the same, if not WORSE. They forgot my ranch with my first order. Wasnt a big deal went back and got it my self. but When I went back to order a different burger. It's my cheat day. Went back to order another burger and said "don't forget my ranch this time." A simple statement. Wouldn't have made it if you had followed orders and done your job properly the first time. Lady just starts mumbling crap under her breath. I still tipped with my first and second order. But horrible cashier. Need proper customer service training. They also took the time to stop cooking and prepping Customers food just to take a picture with all the staff while they had customers. A line. Terrible Customer service from staff. I guess they just hire children now and don't explain the duties they have.

This place is great. A hidden gem! Go. Today. Get anything on the menu and it is guaranteed to wow and impress. These type of soda shop burger joints are always hit and never miss and dairy freeze is NO exception to that rule. Milkshakes are bomb. The Tillamook burger is like the first time I heard the Beatles. And even the kids meals are awesome they come in a little cardboard car! Go. Tonight!

Flavor was good. Patty was small the bun engulfed it. 1 spartan burger 1 onion burger Corn dog All came with fries and drink 46$

Parking: Back in parking only on the street because the street is narrow and safer.
Burger was cold in the Middle, Missing the extra patty and cheese I ordered. Fries have 0 salt and reek and taste of uncleaned fryer oil

I enjoyed the food, but it took over 45 minutes to cook two hamburgers and two orders of fries after I was told, "it would be only a few minutes." I can cut them a bit of slack because this place sees a lot of business, and the gal making milkshakes was slinging them out almost faster than you could order them.
