Sumner McDonald's should be setting the bar for all McDonald's. They always keep the restaurant clean. Their service is stellar! And the food quality is worth the drive. I live in Puyallup and I like the Sumner store so much that we drive to this store anytime we get McDonald's! Keep up the great standards!

The bread was tough, harder to chew for us seniors. I ordered extra mayo to fix that problem, even then, still hard to take a bite without the burger inners squishing out the sides, because the bun wouldn't break through easily.
Gave us the wrong food at the drive through. This was NOT the first time they screwed up.Dietary restrictions: If you are alergic to certain things as I am, don't take your chances going here. I have allergies to some spices in most sausage, so I never order anything with sausage in it. AN EGG McMUFFIN IS NOT A SAUSAGE McMUFGIN! People bagging orders at this establishment need to pay closer attention to what the heck they are bagging.

I can honestly say that when we order through Uber, our orders are wrong 75% of the time. Tonight was the last time. Ordered the combo with chicken nuggets, fries and two burgers. Didn't receive the burgers at all. Last night we tried to order and didn't receive our order at all.

Why is it that every time there fries are too hard . And when I tried to ask for soft fries they said they only go normal or well done , who the heck would want hard fries ?!!! No way and it’s funny how I been to other McDonalds location and there fires are great !! Super soft not hard / well done at all ! And I love that honestly I thought asking them for soft fries would help but they said they can’t and i know that’s a cap because other places do there fries super soft and good so idk if it’s the amount of time they have them frying in there or I also had conversations about this with friends and they agreed with me and confirmed that other locations actually don’t make them as hard as here!! it’s annoying and I’m so over it!!!

Okay so I called McDonald's to ask if they had a certain food, and an employee hung up on me after impatience on the phone, since he couldn't understand my accent.Kid-friendliness: No playground, rude to teens.
When you have to order your food, pay in the drive-thru window, park in a stall, and wait for a server to bring it out to you before you can reverse and drive away..... it's called a DRIVE-IN.This happens every time I go. Every. Time.Usually get just one, regular meal right off the menu. No special requests. Doesn't matter what time of day.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered my grandson a big breakfast asked for the sausage to be put into a separate container didn't happen didn't put no syrup or utensils in the bag also then got a mouth full of coffee grounds while drinking my coffee.the girl that took my order had no care in the world just rushed me the lady I paid at the first window never gave me a receipt I want my order remade but I ain't sitting in that ridiculous line
