I would not recommend putting in an online order. They are prioritize in person orders rather than a mix of both. If you put in an online order first and then walk in few min after to place an order you would still get serviced faster with an in person order. Why does it take take 30min to fullfil an online order? And then when you arrive to pickup at the time the app tells you to and still have to wait an additional 10min is such bad service. I am very disappointed.

Ordered a plate instead of a bowl specifically because I wanted two entrees and I received my door dash order with no orange chicken:( I am disappointed because I was looking forward to it and the plate costs more than the bowl. The shrimp were delicious just sad that my plate made it past all the workers with food missing :(

I placed an online order with Panda Express and they filled my place with all rice and and only put a few pieces of meat to go with it. Even the parts of the platter that was supposed to be filled with meat had rice on the bottom filled half way and only a few pieces of meat on top, I had Panda Express many times before and this has never happened when I ordered in the restaurant vs online… this is very disappointing

The taste of the food was on the higher end of the panda express locations that I have been to, but the protein portions were TINY. We got two kids meal beef w/ broccolis and they had maybe three pieces of beef each.

The lady on duty serving me was rude with attitude about doing her job and answering my questions of why their food was limited at a hour of the night still to go. Food was not good. Seemed to have mean that was dried out and the noddles tasted like fish

I am impartial to any other Panda that isn't this location. This one has been a fan favorite for years. Some nights, it's kind of hit and miss (and by miss, I mean, dear Lord, I wish I didn't order in advance cuz this is terrible), but for the most part, the staff are very good at keeping the place clean.
They smile, they have good hustle, and they do their darndest to keep the hot tray line filled with food! You gotta give them props for that! The food tastes great most times, isn't soggy like wet paper or anything, and has a nice caramelized taste from the sauce. I appreciate the new additional menu items and the family meal deal.

Exceptional customer service all around. You can tell these individuals truly care about their workplace and teamwork.
