I am impartial to any other Panda that isn't this location. This one has been a fan favorite for years. Some nights, it's kind of hit and miss (and by miss, I mean, dear Lord, I wish I didn't order in advance cuz this is terrible), but for the most part, the staff are very good at keeping the place clean.
They smile, they have good hustle, and they do their darndest to keep the hot tray line filled with food! You gotta give them props for that! The food tastes great most times, isn't soggy like wet paper or anything, and has a nice caramelized taste from the sauce. I appreciate the new additional menu items and the family meal deal.

This is the best Panda Express location I’ve ever been to! The food is very fresh and delicious, the environment is clean and well kept, and the staff are wonderful! Exceptional customer service all around. You can tell these individuals truly care about their workplace and teamwork. Found hair in my food and when I confronted the store staff about the matter, the manager (Jen) came out and accused me of lying - the worst part? It looked like her hair.

Horrible customer service. The food was stale and the manger Jen was very unprofessional. She made me feel lesser and discriminated against me. When I asked for the number of her boss/supervisor she laughed at me and said she is the manager then hung up on me

This location has only once out of 15 times gotten our order correct. We tend to have to watch them dish it up, but they are always rushing us to order and go to the register. Quality control is needed. If its slow, don't go, the food gets hard and stale really quickly.
