I pre-ordered my pizza and a salad to pickup later in the afternoon. No salad when I arrived so they made one. Not sure why when I got it home it was littered with black spinach, although spinach isn't listed in the ingredients. When I baked the pizza it was wet underneath - so I wonder how long it had been sitting on the rack. Very disappointed in the quality tonight.

Upon entering the establishment I saw 2 employees & 2 people waiting to order. An senior citizen was picking up an order, she asked the employee if there is a menu. Unfortunately you only have digital.The young man was able to answer our questions since the pizzas were not on the menu boards. After young man took the orders, he went in the back.A female employee was left up front with multiple orders. A 2nd male employee came in & went in the back. The 1st male employee came out front & starting sweeping in the area pizzas where being made, so the female employee had to stop doing orders until the sweeping was complete.Suggestion please, have employee sit on the bench & you will see the the food that is dropped.Finally, one of pizza was not BBQ Chicken.

Ordered 2 different varieties of pizza. I didn't realize you have to cook them yourselves? Seems a bit over priced if you still have to take the time to prepare them. The pizzas seemed to be ok - I didn't try them but others seem to be ok with them .... Nothing to really write home about. I, although unfortunately, ordered the chicken Calzone. It was awful. There were more tomatoes in it than chicken (and I ordered it WITHOUT tomatoes), it was soggy, flat, and SO SALTY. I took one bite and tossed it. Not going back. There is actually a very nice pizza place in the same complex that I will continue using.

Got the special $12.99 any large and boy I will never order that special again. I literally got half of the toppings. Very disappointed tonight and I order Alot from this store.Orting will be my first choice now.

Really bad service. Online order for a two topping pizza and it I guess it didn’t save my toppings because they gave me a regular cheese pizza. Went back in to get it fixed as I paid for two toppings and didn’t get them. They refused and said “yeah that’s what you ordered, sorry and shrugged me off.” Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when you spend $20 per pizza and don’t get what you paid for or wanted due to an online ordering mistake that could have been easily fixed. Not even an attempt to fix it. Seriously a bummer. Even could have just put the toppings in a cup for me to add and that would have been fine. Will go across the street next time. Not worth the money.

The young man that helped us, Ben, was amazing. He was friendly and efficient. While it was clear that he was relatively new, he did everything within his power to ensure our visit was a good one.It was also clear, in my mind, that he had almost no support, and the place was extremely busy. It was Ben and one other employee, and it appeared that the manager was too busy doing anything else than help customers.I would hire this young kid who did everything he could to give us a world class experience, even if he didn't have a lot of experience himself. Kudos, Ben.I frequent this store, and this seems to be the case a lot. Young people left alone with no guidance doing their best while the manager on duty is nowhere to be found.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Filthy inside and the employees did not look clean either. Took forever for the employee to enter my order at the register. Probably had trouble hearing me since she had an air-pod in one ear. The guy making my pizza, didn't know what to put on the veggie and I had to remind him of the ingredients. He was also wearing an air-pod in one ear. The other order was supposed to be no olives, and there was a ton on there. One pizza sat, untouched, on the back counter and the crust dried out. It also wasn't stretched correctly and the ingredients were just on the cardboard. We won't ever be retuning here. Gross.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and they only had one part of my order completed. When I did an online order and waited the 30 minute time frame to complete my order like they said. The 1st time they fixed it right away. Today i walked in and told the guy working that I was missing an item. I was told “I can leave your number with my manager and they can call you back”. How about NO! That is not acceptable. When I paid for this item ahead of time and I have to cross my fingers hoping for a call. I asked what else he could do to make it right. “Well I can make you a cheese bread instead”. Okay no problem I’ll wait. Thank you. He completed the bread with the worst attitude and pushes the bread to me and walks to the back of the building. Like I did something wrong for asking for what I paid for. This is a terrible way to treat customers.
