When I came to pick up an order the lady at the front counter told me that it would be ready in two minutes. After silently waiting for 30 minutes I asked if she could estimate how much longer until it was ready and all I got was a passive aggressive “just a couple of seconds”. Finally got my order after a couple more minutes, customer service is very important so I’d recommended telling your cashiers to practice being polite.

For the money you get so much food you can't eat it all it was ok for taste but it was too salty I'd give it a try but I won't go back I tried the almond chicken maybe the others things on the menu are better ill give it a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10

This was one of the worst Chinese meals I have ever had... the Moo Shu Pork was tasteless and limp with FLOUR TORTILLAS (gross!) instead of traditional thin crepe pancakes, the Mongolian Beef was again tasteless with an abundance of onions and very little beef, the fried rice was simply white rice with too much soy sauce and nothing else, and the egg rolls were basically inedible... crisp outside by soft and unpalatable mush inside. Huge disappointment. Will absolutely never return.

They have amazing food but the girl at the front counters attitude every visit actually makes it distasteful. Also says that fried rice comes with eggs but never does

General Tao chicken is pretty good, but rice is very mushy and sticky.

Best value I have found in any recent times. When you walknin you thin oh, this is a Teriyaki shop. But then once you order.....wow! Huge food portions! Really good food. The prices are very reasonable which is hard to find after Covid and its 2025 almost 2026! Just great hot and sour soup. Maybe the best I've ever had. We did the dinner combo B for 3 people. It was $20.95 per person and it was incredible. The star of the show was the honey walnut prawns. All the food came family style. I literally can't wait to go back!

Mongolian beef was great, spendy, but tasty. The chicken chow mein and fried rice you pay extra for...was subpar. The chow mein was about the worst I've had. If I knew it was gonna have extra long egg noodles, and be virtually tastless I obviously wouldn't have ordered that togo. The fried rice I paid extra for had no vegetables.
Giving 3 stars because Mongolian beef was one of the best I've had.

I would give them no stars. Placed an order and the RUDE GIRL at the front said 20-25 mins I will say they were busy so I went to Fred Meyer for longer than 25 mins just to to come back and have to wait another 30 mins I asked how much longer she said it’s coming out another 15 minutes then 15 mins later I hear her call back part of my order after already waiting an hour. Everyone else who ordered after me is getting their food left and right so I demanded a refund and now I have to wait 3-5 days to get back my $100, spent an hour of my time with no food! Train your front girls in customer service because while I was patiently waiting for my food someone walked in and she just rolled her eyes at him and said what do you want. Never again will I go back there and neither should anyone else!
The teriyaki was by far the worst ive had i dont know who the new owners are but that place won't last much longer with food like that

Although the food here was great and tasted good, I’m also certain that there is quite a bit of MSG in it. Both my partner and I experienced some issues and discomfort after eating the food… we probably couldn’t eat here again even if we wanted to! It was delicious though and exactly what I wanted for Chinese food, the sweet and sour chicken and the bbq fried rice was on point. They could probably stand to hire another person/waiter as well.
