Look online and see they close at 9:30 pm so we get there at 9:15 to 9:20 pull up and the open sign is on and door is unlocked but the lady wouldnt serve my 2 kids and I cause she was closed. Maybe update your Google, turn off the open sign and lock the door if your closed at 9

The staff is always busy but friendly when I've stopped by. Restaurant is a little unkempt at times, never had any issues with my orders. My big point of contention is the bread. Consistently under-proofed, leading to wrinkly, rubbery loaves that harden beyond consumption within hours of being out of the bread cabinet. Photo of said wrinkle-bread attached.

had ordered on the app and wasn't sure it went through so I called to store to confirm, the lady that answered was very rude and kept repeating I can't help you, I said do you know why maybe it didn't go on your end because it did on my end? She hung up on me, I called right back and asked if she really just hung up on me and she laughed and said yeah! Then said it just came through. I sent someone else to pick up the order and when they brought it back the order was completely wrong. I have marked more pickles then even wrote in the comments extra extra pickles. The footlong only had 3 pickles on it, asked for more mayo and it had none, asked for Habernaro bread, it was cheese bread. I went back into the store and when I explained that I'm the one she hung up on and she laughed again. I told her I would like more pickles, she didn't say a word and put some in a container and handed them to me. I didn't realize until I got back home that it was the wrong bread and no mayo. I asked for a manager name or number and was told they don't have one. I asked for the owner info and was told they can't give it out. The rude, disrespect I received from the employee is not acceptable.

When looking for a freshly made sandwich, that you did not have to make your self house subway. The selection is always abundant, and fresh an the staff is always nice, and friendly.

Waited over 10 minutes to be waited on. Employee was hard to understand. Soda machine didn't work. Others in front of us walked out due to service.

We placed an online order at 7:40pm for pickup through the app, yesterday 11/29. Store said it closed at 9:30pm. We went to go pick it up and the store was closing. The only solution they could offer was to pick it up the next day at 3pm. No refund. This morning, 11/30, we got a call at 10am that our order was ready for pick up. We let the employee know we were told 3pm. When we picked it up roughly 20 mins later, we asked about a refund and she told us we couldn’t get one. We asked for a refund the night of 11/29 and they would not provide us one either. Choose a different subway location. Terrible customer service

Terrible experience ordered online went to pick up order they ran out of bread we wanted so I said ok we will take the other, they ran out of ingredients I said ok that's OK, got home bread was hard as a rock mind you not toasted was absolutely not edible and old. We had 4 sandwiches not edible and to top it off young lady must not be trained because my steak was not reheated up with cheese and re added to sandwich it was cold cheese was not melted. We could not get a refund because she was not authorized to do so! It's not her fault but this is not my first bad experience with this establishment.

I was just at the Sumner Main Street location (7/15/24 7pm) where Alex made our sandwiches. He did great! We haven’t had someone take their time and make a solid sandwich in a while! Thanks Alex!

This was the first time ordering from this place I'm never ordering again. This place was overwhelmed with orders and our sandwich was sloppily prepared, wrapped into paper and thrown into a bag. The person preparing the sandwich had a running nose and was constantly sniffing while making the sandwich. Also this person used bare hands to handle the pizza base before throwing it into the oven. They also messed up my cookies order, I had asked for 3 different cookies instead I got all 3 chocolate chip cookies.

The people preparing the sandwich were unorganized and fighting each other in front of a long line of customers. Some people who were waiting in line pretty much gave up and walked out.

Clearly an example of gross mismanagement and toxic workplace.

Edit : Should have read google reviews before ordering.
