anyone else notice the huge difference in their masala chai? they were out for awhile and then they got it back. Bought 8oz of it without checking because I’ve been getting their chai for years… It smells and tastes nothing like a chai, chai is just spices and black tea so to not taste or smell anything like it is saying something. There’s also a lot of tea dust which tells me the quality of tea went down. I spent over $30 on tea I won’t drink. Their other teas are still...
Love their Masala Chai, but their rooibos earl grey is highly perfumed. Wish there was some way to try out teas before buying so I’m not stuck with a bag I’ll have to toss out. Really bummed, was hoping for a good decaf alternative to earl grey.
The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful at Tea Madame, and so nice. There are so many special blends and varieties, something for everyone. They have beautiful cups and tins. They also have tastings for $5, so you don't waste your money on flavors you want to try but may end up not liking. What a great idea and service to provide. It smells great, too!
