Top Down has the best beer around the PNW. They started me on my beer journey, and now I compare every beer I drink to their high standards. Also, the serving staff is the best you will find. They are attentive and knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Top Down also mixes beers and ciders to make up new creations. For instance, a snake bite is Stout and Cider. It is wonderful! Give them a try!

The beer here is fantastic 👌 😀 well I can only speak from having the rite of passage ipa since that's the only ipa I see here and it's damn tasty 😋 so it's my go to! But the only reason I drop it a star is the price point :/. I know they have great beers but that's no reason to get greedy and have crazy prices. There's others around here that have amazing beers and not charging $7.50 and 8$ a pint plus tax even, having some weird total like 8.21$ lol

Got to love the excuses for charging so much for anything. By the way you are the opposite of the lowest prices out there! Powerhouse in Puyallup has HH pints for 5$ everyday from 3 to 6pm for example. Acorn in Edgewood has 5$ pints every thurs.
When i learn to make beer and start selling it, im only going to charge 5$ all the time everyday and veterans get em for 4$. guaranteed ill make more money that way than by charging more

Very nice spot. i came in from out of town on business and this was a very welcoming spot. The bar tender was super friendly.

Random decision to drive to Sumner didn't disappoint. This place has really good beer and a cool atmosphere. Beer is honestly way better than majority of the places I've been in greater Puget sound area and I've nearly tried them all. Who tf are the brewers here? I want to shake their hand. Staff is real kind too! I'll be back.

Great welcoming hangout. Felt like one of the locals. Delicious beer. Nice live music on the Thursday I visited.

We love this place. Wonderful staff and great beer. Only one complaint that I hope they change. I felt like a red wine so ordered just a red blend. They show prices 9.5 - 13. Figuring red blend should be 9.5. When I received the glass it had maybe a oz of wine. I’ve never received this small amount anywhere. Then when we received the bill the price was more than the most expensive wine on the menu.
