This place used to be really good, but for some reason the pizza and wings tastes worse than dominoes now.

Made a mistake and thought they were open until 10pm like the Puyallup location and ended up arriving 10 mins before close. Felt horrible and offered to leave but everyone was very nice and said it'd be alright even though we were there until after close. Pizza and wings were delicious, big shout out to the closing staff.

Incredibly disappointing experience. We sat ourselves and had to go to the register to order. On a Friday night we were told the ovens were full and they could start making our order for 20 mins. They had no clean dishes and had to hand wash out cups for water and a pitcher which they had to “find” one. The plates were dirty and pizza took over 45 mins to get to us once ordered. Sub par pizza and extremely expensive for what we got. Seems like there is a lack of management or care for customer experience. Would not return or recommend.

It's local and the people are friendly and the food is good and it's very cozy especially on a dark Rainy Night and a good place to stop on a hot sunny day cuz it's nice and cool

Disappointed this visit. We usually have great service and food. However last few times it's been a bit off! Today was so slow as only three tables with people so not very busy! Messed up our pizza so we had to get a redo..... Should have been and hour or hour in half max for dinner at a pizza place. Not today..... Over two hours. Not very good food today. It sucked because it was my birthday and our kids joined us. After telling them what a great place this was... Might have to skip going here for awhile. The gal who is always there taking good care of customers. Of course as he was not there today. Not impressed at all ....
Waited over an hour for our food. No explanation, no attempt to make it right. We just told the server we were leaving and not paying for the food and he didn't seem to care. On a medium busy night, bringing kids there, would definitely not recommend.

Can’t wrap my head around how this place has a 4.2 star average. Service tonight was unbearably slow, inattentive, and completely oblivious that we had waited almost an hour for 3 kids pizzas and 2 8” pizzas, most of which never made it to the table before we just left. Drinks were forgotten about, the 1 kids pizza that did came out was partially burnt. The worst part is there was no apology or even any acknowledgment of the issues. There was no redeeming qualities of this dine out experience and we have zero interest in returning… and frankly I doubt anyone at the restaurant cares.
