Can never get a root beer float. My wife and I have went there multiple times to get a root beer float. Each time we are told they have no root beer or machine is down. Defeats the purpose of calling yourself A&W. Happened as recently as 1/2/25.

1 asked for the burger plane with just sauces it I opened it up to a fully loaded cheese burger frys where cold and old chicken sandwich was cold and I mean cold and dry probably the most awful exercise I've had here and I ate it in the parking lot not what I was expecting for $30

My chicken was fine but one piece was a bit dry, and it should have been fresher since it was dinner time. I worked at KFC decades ago so I know when the chicken needs pulled for fresher batch. The service was great tho!

Very clean, chicken bowl and mash potatoes are excellent, friendly staff. When l go Sunnyside, this my first stop.
