Cute please terrible service. Younger kid was on his phone the whole time. Chicken were not smoked just deep fried with no silverware. So I could not eat it. It was way to hot to pick up. Just not worth the time and fuel that we used to get here.

Moved to the area 4 years ago. Have eaten here several times. Always bringing out of state business people here and highly recommending it. Today was different. No service whatsoever. Ordered my food and no refills. Not checked on at all to see if there was anything we needed or if everything was fine. Had to walk to the counter to get an iced tea refill. Way different service today from what I’ve experienced previously. Hope it was just an off day for everyone.

My sisters came down from Yakima to take me to lunch for my birthday on 2/17. We met at Bon Vino’s six times in 2024 and always had great service and good food. This visit was quite a let down. My older sister and I like to share the turkey/cranberry sandwich but all last year we substituted sourdough for the rye bread and cream cheese for the Swiss. This time we were told they don’t have cream cheese and the waitress insisted they had never had it but she’d ask the cook. The sandwich came with no cheese at all and much less turkey than before. When asked how we liked the meal Sis said it wasn’t good and we were disappointed. Again the waitress and a cook insisted they’d never had cream cheese. The attitude of the staff made us feel like they were accusing us of lying. We paid and left. Next celebration we’ll try Holy Pies.
The food was just okay, but the service was good. My husband and I shared a Cranberry Turkey sandwich which had barely 1 slice of deli turkey and couldn’t even taste the cranberries. Not sure I would return

We got off the highway because we were super hungry and frankly, after we did, we were wondering about the whole decision to stop, but then, we opened the door of this bistro and entered a really nice, welcoming place. We had lunch there, so the lunch menu. Highlights were the sauce of the spinach salad, delicious! The burger my husband had was tasty. He said he enjoyed the caramelized onions and were yummy. My chicken pesto panini was tasty, though the chicken was a bit too dry. Still, we enjoyed our lunch, lovely atmosphere, and good service. Also, we noticed that they got a Sunnyside Beautification Award this year, and I couldn't agree more!

Excellent recommendation to visit Bon Vinos! The food was great, the staff and service was excellent. Great mid point meetup between the Tri-Cities and Yakima. Definitely recommend the breakfast and brunch menu, as I have yet to try the lunch/dinner options. Looking forward to the summertime when we can sit out on the front porch and enjoy the atmosphere!

We went as a group, private room. Service was fast, professional and courteous. The quality of the food was great, it was a great experience. Ownership was there, involved; very classy bunch. We will see you again very soon. IMRG
