Always stop on the way to Toppenish and the fries are always hot and food is great.

Review for Burger King Sunnyside
On the afternoon of the 25th at around 3:00 PM, I accidentally left my purse at the Burger King in Sunnyside. I came back about half an hour later to retrieve it. I do appreciate that the employees found it and the manager on duty, Janet, placed it in a safe. However, when I got my purse back, I discovered that $600 were missing from it.
I asked to speak to the district manager to escalate this issue, but I was told that wasn't possible. Janet also informed me that unfortunately, there are no cameras covering the exact table where I left my purse, though it should be possible to see who handled it.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope that measures are taken so that no other customer has to go through a similar situation.
Very dirty place manager is not professional and rude kids were playing in the play area and lights get turned off without a notice . There were 8 kids playing up in the play area screaming when lights got turned off, they could’ve gotten hurt . Avoid coming to this restaurant

Hell yeah thank you to whoever didn't wash their hands bought food 10/08 around 830pm. It is 1am now and I just threw it all up.

Service was as good as expected at a fast food restaurant. Staff were nice and helpful. The store was pretty clean overall. The restrooms seemed kind of best up and not as clean as they could bet. The food was good enough for Burger King. It was tasty and the French fries were very good.

I went this evening and asked for a lettuce wrap. When I was informed that thy didn't do them before I can even finish my sentence. I then called and asked to speak to someone I can report a complaint to. The last asked me how can she help me when I informed her that I was in the drive thru that very moment and I asked for a lettuce wrap. She then also informed me that thy didn't do them there. I then asked her to give me the number to someone hire then her because I know every business has a 1800 number for complaints and she refused to give me the number. I then asked to have a wopper without the buns and she said thy don't do that there either and told me to call Monday morning. I left without spending a dollar there. This was my first time ever experiencing this kind of service from them. As a Customer burger king states have it ur way and apparently that's false Advertisement because thy couldn't make my hamburger the way I was trying to order it. Just so you know not all people can eat bread or choice not to eat bread because of there diets. And I'm so against this. For having a child who is diabetic and can't even Minus the buns on a hamburger. Smh.
Always making you pull to the front of the store even on the online orders. So they not telling the truth about drive thru times.
I actually like the food & service here. But I'm not happy how they have let the entrance become so bad with holes, especially the giant one that my tire went in. Bam, the water was covering it. When I mentioned it, the manager lied and said it was the hotels responsibility. Not even. It does not take you anywhere, but Burger King.

Horrible customer service! Went through the drive thru for some food. The code i was using they kept saying I wouldn't work. I asked if there was anything they could do. They said no. I asked to speak to manager.. I showed her the code even refreshed it for her and she said they're nothing she could do. Meanwhile a tall boy was standing behind her giggling. Everytime I go to BK in Sunnyside it's bottle mess! They are rude and always make us wait. Honestly they should close this place down or hire better employees
Gave me a ripped up bun on my burger.
Very bad taste atmosphere, super dirty, cold food and it took a long time. They overcharged me and my order was wrong, I spoke to the manager and instead of modifying it they raised the price

I ordered a kids meal and 2 5 dollar meal inside and half of the tables weren't cleaned and our meals took 20 minutes and everything was cold I was very disappointed
