I actually like the food & service here. But I'm not happy how they have let the entrance become so bad with holes, especially the giant one that my tire went in. Bam, the water was covering it. When I mentioned it, the manager lied and said it was the hotels responsibility. Not even. It does not take you anywhere, but Burger King.
The team consisting of drive thru tech Juan, food delivery girl and manager, Lorena, and chef in the back, Teresa.... Rocked my order out of the park!! I have a specialty order every time at every burger King that is so easy to get wrong but they totally nailed it! And all of them I interacted with were so sweet happy and served me so well!! Thank you team work!

My best Burger King experience in about 15-16 years. Only a couple of minutes before placing my order. The order was completed very quickly. The dining area was clean and tidy. There were plenty of napkins in the napkin dispenser. The ketchup dispenser was in working order. A great experience. I Will come back soon.
