Love the drinks but modifications should be done to logo to attract more customers kind of like the one I made. :)

I was at the walk up window and 2 of the workers saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I waited 3 minutes without being greeted or helped. Overall terrible experience this was also not the first time this has happened.

Guy on the window said 10.50$ 2 16oz drinks but it looks like he cancel the sale made a new one and charge me 14.30$ the guy might of given himself a tip idk I called dutch bros number and after 15 mim wait it just hanged the phone call for my first time here this raised a few red flags no good hopefully I don't end up paying 24.80 for 2 16oz drinks Update: I did get charged 24.80 total for the 2 drinks 🥲 never going back to that place

Went in today in the morning to get a drink as soon as I arrived I received a bad attitude from a girl there with short hair and to make it worse my drink was disgusting 🤢

I had gone to Dutch bros around 2 and a girl had the worst attitude ever. In all the times I have gone there this has never happened to me. I don’t know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but she was so rude she looked short but I’m not sure. She needs to get talked to.

There was a guy I went around 10-ish. He was very rude. He had curly hair. He was tall had a nasty attitude for no reason very unacceptable and unprofessional as a Dutch Bros worker. He was very impatient had no patience within ordering my drinks . Wouldn’t be surprised if he spit in it this is very ridiculous and Will not be going back . My tea tasted like dirt

ive been a dutchbros fan for about 2 years its been my secound time stopping at this location in sunnyside since im new to the area. i've never had a bad expirience at dutchbros in those 2 years but today was different when i got there there was 2 cars infront of me, I waiting in line for about 10-15 min didnt bother me at all (sometimes places are short staffed) but then i pulled up to the window and there was 3 persons just standing around talking with each other took them a min to even start taking my order or to even greet me since they were finishing their story on how they ran over a toad! finally i place my order and then guess what!? yupp they messed up my drink because they were too busy still talking about their storys i was ignored all the time i was waiting for my drink. (i asked for the watermelon fizz no redbull) im caffeine sensitive and dont consume any caffeine, and yes you guessed right i drove off took a sip and there was redbull in it! just tossed my $6 dollar drink thanks a lot! im very disappointed will no longer come back to this location where my health can be at risk i will now drive to prosser where ive been going for the past 2 months that ive been living here!

Yo whoever that new kid is with glasses and Mohawk or whatever tf style he got next time tell em to speak louder if he gots something to say he's over there mumbling to the females just cause we ordered a water at the end if you charge charge us let us know don't go mumbling like a female that's bad for business shout out the rest of the workers always on point
