We live around 7 miles away from this Jack in the Box and decided to get some dinner. We drove over to get some food and we went back home to eat with our family. We opened our bags and not only were the large curly fries filled halfway, but we were also missing items. So, we decided to call them. We called this Jack in the Box twice but they did not pick up. Now we have to drive all the way over just to get our money back. Crazy and severely disappointing.

You can place an online order for carry out, but doesn’t state you have to pick up through drive through around 11pm. Which would be nice to know, because then I wouldn’t have ordered.

I’ve never had issues with this Jack in the box, but the last 3 times I’ve been here the food has been extremely greasy to the point where my whole bag is soaked, it tastes old and the service has been so off. Hope they get it together soon because jacks used to be one of my favorites!
Just ordered a icecube munchies box, The taco is very greasy, the chicken tater sandwich wasn't the best either and cheese was stale/stiff almost like it had been sitting out too long. Fries and churros were either over cooked and sitting out.. and very greasy. The cheese cake wasnt the best either. They gave us that complimentary for forgetting 2 orders of fries .. my husband went back in to let the know and he said all the people behind the counter were running around.. didn't seem very professional.. although it is fast food.. But the hermiston jack in the box is fantastic. Never greasy, always fresh and doesn't seem like food has been sitting out or nuked
