Went to the Jack in the box. And Sunnyside gave a $100 bill. They didn't have change, made me go get change. Came back and wouldn't even give me a discount. Just Jack in the box sucks.

Went through the drive thru and I ordered a grilled chicken salad. A teenage boy took my order. He just told me the total at the window. Never said have a good rest of the day just gave me my bag and closed the window. When I got home I took out the salad and I noticed the salad tray was super cold. The boy who took my order didn't cook the chicken. I was the only car so it wasn't busy. He gave me frozen grilled chicken. The croutons were very stale. And the salad didn't have everything. The cherry tomatoes were super cold it didn't have the sliced cucumber and the shredded cheese. I kept calling and calling even sent them an email and didn't hear back from them. :(

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. Pleasant surprise! Could be warmer. But good flavor.

Food was delicious but part of my order was wrong and I didn't get my drink. The drive through line was too long and doors were locked. I wasn't given my receipt so I had no record/proof of my order nor did I want to look for the phone number to call.

I asked for a garden grilled salad come to find out it’s not what I asked for I received a southwest with colorful croutons. Im a regular customer, I specifically come here for their salads. Very upsetting
First of all took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged at all, even after being stared at by idk how many employees. After ordering and getting our food. Got regular fries instead of curly fries, got some avocado sauce instead of ranch and only got 2 jalapeño poppers instead of 3. Also the lobby is freaking filthy with trash all over the floor. Sure had enough time to be laughing and giggling in the back. Watched a family of 5 walk out also because no one acknowledged then at the counter either but decided to joke and laugh with each other right in front of them.

They over charged me for the burger. Sign said $7.99 for bacon steakhouse burger. I was charged $6.99 + $2.00 for bacon = $8.99.When I questioned her she didn't care. The burger and bacon were both cold. They were obviously old.The fries were old and stuck together. Nasty! Very bad service!
