I frequent Jitterz often and had no complaints. These past few months I have been met with nothing but wrong orders, rude customer service, and uncleanliness.I typically visit in the mornings every once in a while and the afternoons with my daughters. It is in the mornings where I find the workers to be at their worst. On one occasion I asked for an extra shot of espresso in two different drinks. Upon receiving the drinks I noted one was darker than the other meaning only one had the extra shot. I mentioned it to the worker but was ignored. I spoke to the owner regarding the bad service and he also denied his employees would do this. It was after speaking to my wife that we realized the workers had been his wife and daughter.I will no longer be purchasing from them due to the blatant disrespect for customers, lack of employee accountability, and faulty cleanliness in preparing drinks.

This is one of the coffee stands that I frequent the most regularly. As far as the prices go, it's unbeatable in town, who I think it's one of the main reasons why there is always a huge line of customers. Taste? I can say there are better -tasting places in town, though that only extends to coffee beverages, but it is only my humble opinion. Even though there are places that I think have higher quality coffee, I still frequent jitterz a lot because it is good, it's still genuinely delicious. If you go, be ready to spend a good amount of time waiting in line, but I think it's worth it.
