They treat doordash employees like trash. Ignore them, put the orders on the back burner to all other business. This morning (830) an order sat on their counter, not even under heat, for well over 10 minutes, waiting on a drink. The RUDE employee, chit chatting with his co workers, ringing up customers up front, completely abandoned the doordash bag of food, while i watched and waited. Collected cash then would go complete those orders (no hand washing in between cash and touching food, and no gloves), still abandoning the doordash order. I asked him to remake the now cold food after 10 minutes on counter. He ignored me, yet clearly heard me. I again asked, what is the wait on the drink? Again, ignored. FINALLY, he got the drink, closed the bag and literally tossed the bag towards me and turned and walked away. And of course, the customer complained about his cold food, as if it was my fault, I took the hit on a review. Do better mcdonald's. Your to go business is still business and shouldn't be ignored nor treated this way.

I do like your guyses food but you guys are starting to get a little too expensive on your chicken nuggets that is ridiculous and stupid that's the only thing that I'm not liking is that the food is getting way too high

Always a long wait, even if you use the app and order a head. If it's late on the weekend you're gonna be waiting at least 7 minutes in the drive thru.

4/10/25 i ordered online on app for sunnyside Wa location. I arrived at 5:05am. The employee greeted me at the window and pulled me forward. Even though I was the only person in line. As a former employee of mc donalds. I know people to this to keep TIMES down. After waiting 15 mins in the 3rd window i got out of my truck and walked up to the window and asked how long on my food. Well when they pushed me forward and cleared my order from the screen they forgot about my order. So about this time it was almost 5:20. This made me late to work. Not only did i not get my food but I was also late to work. Sunnyside mc Donalds. Need to do better. I left after getting a refund at 5:25am. This is so bad in all different ways. Not only did I order online to get to work on time, they took forever. This needs to be addressed to not pull people early because they get forgotten and messes up people morings.

Anna from McDonalds had super great customer service! Went out of her way to fix our order very much appreciate her & I hope she gets acknowledged for her hard work & great costumer service, she should definitely get a bonus

This McDonald's is a tribute to self-service without the backup. Machines take your order but the staff still have to process your payment. The staff are lax and uninterested and were outright rude to us..... Perhaps because it is in an area that is predominantly Latino and we are Caucasian... Who knows. We ordered two quarter pounders with cheese. The cheese was missing, it was tasteless, no lettuce etc which I believe should have been there and the two were nearly $12. Luckily we won't be eating there again as we live elsewhere. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to...

Food is typical McDonald's same as in every other McDonald's. Service, however, is horrible no matter what day or shift. They rarely get the order right on the first try. Drive thru is a nightmare. The app seems to be maintained by the same people who work on the ice-cream machines.
Seeing as it's always down or they are unable to process the payments or honor bonuses or rewards.

How do they charge for hot Sauce when you buy 3 breakfast meals????? That’s ridiculous you know McDonald’s makes millions and you spend over $25 on meals they still want to charge for 3 packets of hot sauce!! That’s wild !! N they really need to show the younger crowd good customer service! Off the bat on the speaker just not friendly
