We absolutely love our Papa Murphy’s store & location, this is the store in Sunnyside on 9/24/24. The store team always delivers a supreme quality of pizzas & sides whenever we put in an order for pick up.

I wish my husband would have got their names.. he went in there this evening may 11th, 2024 at 730 pmAnd ordered a pizza and a salad.. one girl was trying to tell her co worker they were closed, another girl was on the phone and aggitated that she had to get off and do her job..Very snobby, extremely rude.

They always put stuff away early to go home. I went in at 7 pm and they allready started cleaning and say there’s nothing in stock this is the 3rd time grandview is 10 min away and they never have that issue at that location

I'd like to share my experience with Papa Murphy's. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to call them, and no one ever answered the phone. Frustrated, I decided to create an account and place an order online. I live in Granger, so I had my mother drive all the way to Sunnyside to pick up my order. To my disappointment, when my mother returned home, she realized that they hadn't provided everything I had ordered. I tried calling them to inform them of the missing items, but I couldn't get through to anyone. This mishap ended up costing me the gas and time. It's disheartening to think that they might not pay attention to online orders when they're short-staffed. I'm quite upset about the lack of attention to detail from their staff and the poor service I received. I'm really frustrated that I didn't receive my complete meal.I honestly wouldn't recommend this place unless they've improved their management and service quality.

Pizza would be good if it was made how a pizza is supposed to be made all the toppings in the middle of the pizza every time I went there I have to remake it putting toppings evenly spread out I get their busy but I'm remaking and cooking 5 to 7 pizzas while taking care of 5 grand kids two teens and two elderly people and not one pizza burns or gets bubbles
