I went on 5/8 between 5-6pm for a redbull drink and the barista was super rude and in a really bad mood. Half ways through our order she closed the window on us. Then when I told her we were missing 2 drinks she just closed the window made them handed them to me and closed the window. She did not say a thing and the drinks were not the correct ones still. First time there and would not go again.

No car in front of me, ordered 2 drinks and 2 bagels… drove to second window and waited 13 minutes. Drinks were just sitting there and the Barista was no where in sight. Finally left because 13 minutes is an absurd time to wait for a bagel. Their service has really gone down. Huge waste of money today. I won’t be back.

Please do not overfill your cups!!!!You are a DRIVE THRU with a massive pothole right in front of the window. Its impossible for a car to pull away without coffee going everywhere when you fill your cups to the brim!I spent the first 30 minutes of my morning changing and cleankng out my center console because of a rookies mistake.
