It’s becoming so expensive I paid $15.75
5 pieces of bread I come everyday but some people charge more than other never coming again
I expected more professionalism than banter and immature behavior. Great work on everything, but you’re in for a ride when an issue comes up. Any business, doesn’t matter who or what it is. Need to exceed their expectations of customer service. Not let one situation define them, and continue to carry mediocre customer services. If keeping customers was important, I’d say it’s at the bottom of their list. They have enough customers to support them, but how many actually come back? Reasons like this will always keep the business small, the lack of attention and its customer service. There will never be an end to adapting to the clientele. It’s just not a priority here. Good luck.

It's a small, family owned panderia that's been in town for a VERY long time. They have amazing pan dulce and great cakes. The customer service is wonderful. The parking is limited to on-street but we have never had an issue. It is small and popular so it can be crowded, but they're quick.

I have always bought my bread there, the bread is delicious. What I haven't liked in a long time is their staff, especially a young lady who is very rude, throwing the trays and always with a mocking face. I heard that her name is Ximena, she is skinny and not white. They should have that staff that lacks respect, simplicity is required.
