Brought my family in to eat and the dining area was very busy, so I placed an online order and when the waitress came to finally get our order I told her I placed it online. The manager jumps in the conversation as says well you can’t eat it here, online is carry out only. When I tried to explain why I did that she rolled her eyes and walked away. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK. Very rude and customer service is the worst. (Good job to the waitress for trying to take complete blame but it’s not only her fault.)
Love that it’s one of the fewest dine in restaurants near me. Just need to better train their staff on waitressing. You have to get up to check on your food if it’s taking too long or you don’t get your complete order.
