Brought my family in to eat and the dining area was very busy, so I placed an online order and when the waitress came to finally get our order I told her I placed it online. The manager jumps in the conversation as says well you can’t eat it here, online is carry out only. When I tried to explain why I did that she rolled her eyes and walked away. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK. Very rude and customer service is the worst. (Good job to the waitress for trying to take complete blame but it’s not only her fault.)

Love that it’s one of the fewest dine in restaurants near me. Just need to better train their staff on waitressing. You have to get up to check on your food if it’s taking too long or you don’t get your complete order.

I offered the driver $1 or $5...if he had the parmesan and red pepper. He didn't, so only tipped 1$. Why aren't your drivers interested in tips?

I have eaten here several times on the past, and from all the pizzeria big chains, this is arguably the best. The pizza is always nice and fluffy, or at least has been so for me. The inside of the store is quiet, and the restaurant has always been clean. This last time that I visited, the service was speedy and the food was ready within 10 minutes. I would say out of the pizza places in town, this is the best, both in terms of the quality of the pizza and the atmosphere of the place. I would recommend the pizzas here, as the prices are also quite reasonable.The staff has been polite and professional every time that I have gone to this particular pizza Hut
I don't know what Pizza Hut did but their pies slap harder than they did 10 years ago. Modern vibe with good service and good pizza make this a worthwhile stop!

The pizza was good. I think the delivery person was the best! Very friendly and a smile on a really cold foggy night. I didn't want to go out so had delivery. Well worth the cost and tip!

I purchased wings and obviously pizza got home and discovered a long hair in one of the chicken wings. It was really wrapped all over the wing and after that I just discarded everything I bought. I WILL NEVER be eating or buying anything from here ever again. Just DISGUSTING.

Maybe not having it being undercooked or even having it not some much heartburn sauce or even maybe getting the order right

Wings are good. But the pizzas are always cold or the pan pizzas are burnt on the edges!But it’s probably the best Pizza Hut in the Valley and it’s not very good!! Employees seem to not care too much either!
