Terrible customer service from the front staff today

We picked up take out. The meals were delicious and the staff was friendly.

Atmosphere was good. Service was ok. Our appetizers came out along with the salad, and then immediately after they brought out our food. Had to decide what we wanted to eat while it was hot and what we didn't mind eating cold. Was charged .30 for a COMPLIMENTARY fry sauce, which according to the waitres, she was told she was supposed to always charge for it. IF you are going to CHARGE for an item that you list on the menu as COMPLIMENTARY, THEN YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS! It wasn't the price that was frustrating, it was the mere principal of FALSE ADVERTISING YOUR MENU! I believe in hopes that your customers don't check their bill. Pretty sad🤬

My whole family really enjoyed everything about this restaurant. My son even left something in the booth and they held it for him until we could get back 2 days later. Above and beyond awesome.

A great place to eat even had a place with gator

Did you know that Snipes serves breakfast? We didn't know! We had our first breakfast there weekend before last, and we were pretty excited about the options. I didn't get any pictures but my son got the breakfast burrito, my wife got the stuffed Texas French toast, my daughter got biscuits and gravy, and I got the country eggs benny. We stopped in again this last Saturday morning and I got the country eggs benny again, and everyone else got the Stuffed Texas French Toast. (I've got pictures of this one) The prices are affordable, the food is good, and the staff or nice. The country eggs benny is great and comes with huge sausage links and choice of potato, and the rest of my family vouches for the French toast. (I get the hashbrowns and my wife and kids take them lol)

Addition: Stopped in for breakfast again this morning. My Daughter went with a plain burger, my son stuck with the French toast and my wife and I switched it up. She got the chorizo taco basket, and I got the huevos rancheros. Service was great and friendly as usual. *Pardon the pictures, I always forget to take some BEFORE we start eating. Ha ha!

Came from the Tri-Cities. I got the prime rib and my wife got the ribeye. My kids all got burgers. Good beer, good food and good service. Will go again if in town.

Food was incredible I went with my girlfriend she got the Ben’s original and I got the chicken marsala both were very good. Service was decent granted it was a busy night. This place is very good for date night or just with friends. Careful with the alcohol drinks because they add up lol.
