I am old enough to remember when there was only a single Starbucks. Food quality is just OK, lattes are fine. Very friendly staff, very fast service, with a big drive thru business.
Employees are usually nice but whoever manages this Starbucks sucks. For the last week I’ve gone they’ve been out of pumpkin, cold brew, chai, cake pops, pumpkin muffins, banana bread and whipped cream.
Bad attitudes..third encounter w diff employees. This time with a young girl with an attitude. I asked for a carrier & the girl literally tossed the carrier on the counter & it was sideways on the napkin holder and counter like she got upset I asked for a carrier or something… I stated she didn’t need to do that and could’ve helped me place my drinks on there she said “no I didn’t do that” rolled her eyes and literally walked away while I was trying to talk...
