We really normally enjoy subway but had the worst experience ever here a few days ago....still talking about how bad it was so decided to post to help inform others....ordered a tuna and Philly melt and two raspberry cookies which I should know better to order as we have yet to ever try one....they are never made.......tuna was normal....but Philly steak was a total joke and we actually thought someone forgot as they were making the sandwich to actually put stuff on and just wrapped bread....there were no peppers, onions or cheese.no condiments ...without any exaggerating about a tablespoon of meat. TOTAL... the entirety of the sandwich. Just a small pitiful start on one tiny portion of the bread......NO one who made that should have let it go out the door....also they did not have the cookies we ordered but because we used a coupon on the order the two cookies each over a dollar each were a total refund given of $0.27.....I tell you what if they are so hurting for money that they take a coupon off in a refund they should shut doors now....and save the community.fyi.coupon was just dollars off and NOTHING to do with the two miserable cookies ordered and not received....truly shameful ...only way to justify this food order would be if they were being robbed of Philly steak products at the time they were making the sandwich..no joke do it bother to order this unless you are standing there supervising as what you will get is not edible...
We gave the bread to the chicken and husband had top ramen for dinner....at least the chickens give us eggs ....all subway would do was rip us off....

I did a mobile order for a salad and they forgot my lettuce and spinach and when I asked for them to add some this girl with thin eyebrows and kinda emo looking was extremely rude and giving attitude and gave me mean looks then after it was just so disgusting I couldn’t finish it. It was so bland and unseasoned.

Coming into this Subway isn't always fun, there's usually a wait (which is understandable) but ordering online has been easy. I even got a call that the toaster was down and my sandwich wouldn't get toasted. Subway has been my pregnancy craving so I'll keep ordering from here🫶🏻

Ordering online it's supposed to be ready to pick up you arrive and end up waiting over 40 minutes terrible service

I mentioned sharing the Sandwhich with my dog in the car and the lady went above and beyond for me even cutting my Sandwhich and wrapping one half for my dog and one for me, (she gave me the bigger piece haha). Well portioned and amazing service!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a buffalo chicken with mozzarella cheese and found MOLD in my chicken! I took 3 bites and realized the mold. I don’t know if I’m okay. This place needs to have inspection.

I had done a online order came to pick it up when it was time turn out they were out of the chicken and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know or anything they automatically refund me just like that didn’t offer another choice nothing and they are always out of products which sucks because subway is so good but we can’t even enjoy a sandwich due to low inventory

Went Friday about 6:30 pm for a sandwich. Ordered an All American Club for my husband and I to share. ($14) went to pay and I ask for it to be a meal. She rang it up and said my total was $34. I said for one sandwich and she said because I made it a meal. I said for $20 I get a medium drink and a bag of chips, no thanks. The next girl came to the register and said the other person was training. I said that I was not paying $34 for one sandwich with chips and drink. She then rang it up and said ok how’s $18. I said that’s more like it. She then proceeded to tell me to not come back and I had a bad attitude. The other girl was training and she rang up 2 sandwiches. I said that’s all they had to say she then told me to leave. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN! How was it my fault for not wanting to pay an extra $20.

If I could give zero stars I would this subway is always having issues. staffing issues, system issues, product issues. It’s ridiculous they aren’t open according to the schedule on the door. This franchise is just poorly ran how it is still in business is beyond me. Tried to order over the phone I have to use the app. If I use the app they don’t fill my orders. if I go in to order I have to pay in exact change and can’t use my card to pay. This place does not deserve to be a part of the subway franchise. We won’t be returning to this location or any owned by this same franchisee. Just poor service all around and the employees find it funny. Just a disgrace to the company name should really just be closed down or taken out of the hands of this owner. So disappointed with this store and the corporation for allowing this to continue for so long. Avoid at all costs! Not worth your time people.

Went in to the sunnyside, wa subway during my lunch and waited 5 minutes and when it was my turn they asked if I had an online order I said no so they said I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get helped in that case just make the place online order
