Great beer. Cool facility inside and out. Really shitty service. Get it together guys. Your beer and space are better than this. Also more kids than I've seen since gradeschool, FYI. That's just a fact, not a knock. Anyway I'll happily update to 5 star if they fix their service. TBC...

My first time visiting Varietal. I had a couple of beers and a smash burger from Triple C's. Everything was great. The beer tasted good. The food was very good also. I definitely will return in the future. I highly recommend Varietal to everyone.

Had a horrible experience at this place, unfortunately didn't fail to disappoint.The service is ok but I observed one of the "owners" use the restroom and proceed to not wash his hands.That's disgusting and intolerable. Talk about unhygienic!!Do not recommend unless you're looking to catch something. Would score less but 1 will do.

First time in, was excited to visit in person. Was pleased to see lots of beer on tap that I’d never seen before. Had the Dutchie hazy ipa which was quite good. Also got a great burger from the food truck outside. Had to knock a star off though for the customer service, the woman behind the counter was more interested in her phone than helping me. Once she actually acknowledged me, she was pretty rude. Too bad as it kind of soured the experience, but I’ll give it another try next time I’m in the area.
Ended up here on Bingo night, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming!I'm not a huge cider person, but the Lemon Basil Cider is delicious!

First off, the beers are fantastic. Always something new and 9 out of 10 are above average. I've stopped in 3-4 times, while traveling, to buy beer from the to-go cooler. Prices are creeping up there, but again the beers have been solid. One of these days I'll get to have a beer in the taproom.

Great clean beers in the middle of hop country. Some of the best IPAs and Pales I've ever had. They also do a great job on lagers too!
