Hands down best brewer in the Yakima Valley, maybe even all the inland PNW next to Barley Brown’s in Baker City, OR. Triple C’s is the resident food truck, get the PB&J burger.
Really nice brewery here, they have some cider slushies on deck that were amazing...the watermelon in particular. Staff was friendly and the beers we had were solid. Atmosphere outside was great with a mix of families and 20 somethings.
Varietal Brewing never misses. As someone who’s always chasing new brews, (Untappd) this place is a dream—constantly rotating taps and fresh canned releases every week. Seriously, every visit feels like a brand-new flight waiting to happen. 🍻
Tonight’s pairing? A crisp, West Coast IPA alongside a yummy smashburger from Triple CS—hands-down one of the best food trucks around. If you time it right when they’re parked out front, don’t miss it.
