Great place..not alot of extra parking..but will take you early if someone doesn't make there appointment on time..i got lucky and got in early today..
No parking on the street,I check in an hour before my appointment,shipping took my phone and send me to truck stops where I was waiting another 12hours for call

My block of medium cheddar I hand grated on casserole did not melt all the way and was like plastic..it's not pure anymore. Don't say it is either. Something is in it now and it does not melt right. However this morning Lucerine sharp cheddar shreds in a bag melted perfect on scrambled eggs. Not doing darigold. They should be investigated for purity.
