Clearwater is absolutely perfection. Love the ambience - not overcrowded and loud. It is quiet but festive. The servers are professional and kind. The food is prepared perfectly. We had the Thanksgiving turkey dinner and it was delicious.

Well.....my prime rib was a bit overdone. The waitress was clearly unhappy when we only ordered one entree. It turned out my kids weren't that hungry, so we just ordered one but with some sides. She definitely didn't like that. Also, I had to go get myself another glass of wine as she didn't come back to the table much. We stayed there and it was a wonderful experience with the room, pool, ambiance and such. But the meal definitely fell short.

When we made this reservation, we were so excited for the experience of going to a beautiful steakhouse and enjoying a beautiful meal. The service was mediocre at best. Our appetizer took so long to come and then by the time it got there, we had just gotten our drinks which also took a very long time. I'm not thinking that it should take 20 minutes to get a drink delivered to your table. When dinner came, it was OK. The potatoes were under season. The steak was well seasoned and well cooked. The asparagus was not cooked well. I had ordered a second drink, and by the time it came I had actually forgotten that I had ordered it took so long. We were ready to walk out the door because the table next to us awful. That I understand is not the restaurants fault however, it ruined our experience. They were loud, unruly children and they were acting horrible, both parents and children. Price, service and overall experience was not worth the reservation, wait time.

It was my 50th birthday dinner. We got seated immediately per our reservation and the service was outstanding. I had the lobster tail which was amazing. Great flavor, good garlic butter. The mashed potatoes were on point. My wife had prime rib and loved it. Overall experience five stars, would I return 1000% would I tell others to go 1000%. Keep up the good work Clearwater you guys are amazing

We came as a party of six to celebrate two birthdays. We had reservations so it should have been no surprise for the staff. Normally we have great service but this time the sushi was warm, the prime rib was undercooked, it took literally two hours to get our main entrees and the service was very slow and took 15 minutes to get the checks right.

Our server was friendly and pleasant, but there was no rush for service. There are no vegetarian entrees on the menu. Sure, one can order a salad or a side dish, but no actual vegetarian entree. The restaurant does not have an espresso machine. They can make an espresso martini, but not a shot of espresso coffee. We ordered the Bone-in Pork Chop (14 oz Salmon Creek Farms grilled Duroc pork chop, balsamic brown sugar marinade, maple honey herb compound butter) and the Shrimp & Scallop Gnocchi (Wild U15 fair-trade blue shrimp, diver sea scallops, lemon cream, asparagus tips, gnocchi). Both were tasty, but nothing exceptional. The wines were reasonably priced. Unfortunately the list is short. On previous occasions we have enjoyed the salmon, and would have it again.
Serves was good but the food was not good. I had prime ribs that I had trouble cutting even with a steak knife that I had to ask the waiter for. Lots of poor quality food.
