We had reservations and they were not ready and we had to wait. When our table was supposedly ready, they actually stuck us in the party room which was outrageously loud, we could not hear ourselves. We asked to sit in the quiet area on the bar side with booths and the waitress immediately said it was all reserved. She lied. There were plenty of tables open. I sought out the front desk but nobody was there so I searched and found one. When I informed her of the issue, she immediately asked me if I requested it, like it was my fault. There was no difference at the time of reservations but if we ever eat there again, we will be sure to request not to be in party room. We ordered and it was so loud that the waitress couldn't here our order. We are hard of hearing by the way, my girlfriend wears hearing aids. The waitress didn't know the menu and upsold us on this crab spread, with very little crab, that was overpowering and didn't go well on my very expensive Wagu tenderloin. They finally moved us but actually took our food to the old table, which was the second of three. We moved three times in total. So, our food was sitting there unattended and got cold. The waitress didn't deserve a tip, certainly not 15% but I felt I needed to give her something so I gave 10%. This was our first dinner date together as an exclusive couple and it didn't go well. I asked to speak with the manager and she never came.

We would recommend 'The Clearwater' for a nice dining experience. That said, this particular dining experience fell short. We were a party of four. Three enjoyed their meals & would recommend their selections as well as order them again: Prime Rib Traditional could easily serve two, Wild Alaskan Halibut, Shrimp & Scallop Gnocchi (2nd time in 2 days) Very disappointed with Crab Stuffed Colossal Shrimp which is listed as a Clearwater Signature Dish. Only ate about a quarter of the dish before I sent it away. The Bearnaise sauce was strong with notes of mustard and drowned out every component of this dish. The crab was canned at best and the texture was mashed. Yes - Yes, I know, this dish should have sent back but I failed to do that. Wild Alaskan Halibut: requested a baked potato instead of lemon asparagus risotto. Plate was delivered with the risotto. A second request for the bake potato was made & the response was: 'I'll just bring you one'. Good things to note: The Clearwater Signature Salad with champagne pear vinaigrette was so tasty. Calamari with chili lime aioli was excellent. Plentiful serving and the calamari were very tender. The Clearwater Cabernet Sauvignon is a great value at $24 a bottle! Also recommend the Clearwater Reserve IPA. The Service was lacking. Ceyenna was very engaging with initial conversation, however, she did not give our table any dinning or follow-up attention. Our meals were delivered by other members of the staff, which is not uncommon, however, Ceyenna, did not follow up on our satisfaction. We had to stop her to request the missing baked potato. The next time we saw her was when she delivered the checks. Our check/payments were picked up by a manager/hosted for processing. At least ten minutes went by before they were return.

service was very good! food was great as usual, only problem was the 40 minute wait from ordering to serving of the man course! the server went out her way to keep us informed and helped to mitigate the situation! kudos to michaela!

We would recommend 'The Clearwater' for a nice dining experience. Tables are limited so reservations should be made as soon as possible! We were a party of four. Everyone enjoyed their meals & would recommend their selections as well as order them again: Jidori Chicken Oscar, 14oz Bone-in Pork Chop, Shrimp & Scallop Gnocchi, Diver Sea Scallops. The Clearwater Signature Salad with champagne pear vinaigrette was so tasty. The Caesar salad romaine was served cold, crisp and fresh. Lemon 'slices', more suited for a cocktail, was served with the salad. Slices made it tough to squeeze lemon juice on the salad. Pork Belly Brussels Sprouts were nice and crispy roasted. Pork Belly pieces were nice in sized but lacked pork meat. This dish was a bit salty. The Clearwater Cabernet Sauvignon, produced by Rutherford Wine Company in California, was a great value at $24 a bottle! Also recommend the Clearwater Reserve IPA. Jody, our server, has a talent for anticipating the needs of the table. She was knowledgeable about the menu items including wine and beer selections. Pleasant and engaging. We appreciated the attention she paid to our table.

Our meals were both fantastic! The prime ribs were both cooked to perfection, tasted wonderful, along with everything else served with the dinner. The restaurant is now open seven days a week, which is nice for those who who can't always get there on the weekends. We also appreciate being able to reserve our table online in advance.

Ordered sushi roll for appetizer, but took to long to make. We had finished our salad and entees before it was up, so we cancelled it. It looked good and if that is all you're having then it may be a good idea.

Although seating isn’t that idea because it’s an open concept, if you get seats at the bar, it’s fantastic! We eat there every Friday - Kumamoto Oysters and King Crab! OUTSTANDING! King Carb is hard to find nowadays but they have plenty here! Service is FANTASTIC but go early on weekends because it’s packed! 10 weeks in a role going and we are addicted. Try the beef tataki - so yummy! Get the clams in their garlic-bacon-wine sauce - soooooo good! You won’t be disappointed and the prices are just right! 5 stars

The food wasn't good this time. The Duroc Pork chop was supposed have a maple honey glaze but it tasted sour and it was over cooked a bit. The best part of the meal was the spring salad and the Gelato at the end. Not the restaurants best night

Service was absolutely awful, drinks were not good and one was not even what was ordered and food was subpar. On top of all that the waiter tried to charge us for an appetizer we did not order or receive. We will never go back there for a meal.

immediate seating (although we arrived approximately 20 minutes prior to the time of our reservation); awesome view of Agate Pass; prompt, courteous customer service; highly quality food, delivered in a very reasonable amount of time; a superb dining experience that is highly recommended; my wife and I will definitely repeat!

As indicated in the upper survey, the service was great. Everybody was pleasant, and the only drawback to our experience. Was the order I placed for crabcakes they were unlike any other crabcake I've ever had in my life. I would describe them as three little hockey pucks about a half inch high And spiced with something close to horseradish, I should've said it back.

Our server was waiting on a large party in the other room and couldn't get to us for 30 min. Sounds like you needed 1 more server. My reservation was at 6 and paid bill at 7:45. Would like to have had dessert but didn't have time.

Our experience has always been good to great at The Clearwater. On this particular visit it was good. Our server was excellent and made our visit great!! The part that made it only good this time was the item I chose for dinner, the bone-in pork chop. It was fatty and tasteless. There was a maple butter on top but it still didn't matter. I will not order that again.

We usually love to eat here. But last night hour food was served lukewarm. The prices have gone up quite high for the amount of food you get. I don't think that the menu has as many options as it used to.

We had been in your facility before, and everything was just great. We went back to celebrate my wife's birthday that we stated on our reservation. With that in mind our waitress asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, we responded that we were. We ordered a drink and then our dinner selections. We were never asked if we wanted another drink and had to ask to see a dessert menu. We felt as though we somewhat forgotten. This was less than wonderful and not at all what we remembered from our previous visits.
