Oldest hotel in WA state. Like a cozy lodge inside. Makes a person linger a little longer.

Okay this place was so cool inside, and the waitress is hilarious!! The house is apparently haunted ? Food was amazing though and the dog and cat are too cute

The prices a very high and they apply a 20% gratuity to every ticket regardless of party size, The service is not very good, and the dogs roam freely around the tables and that is not very pleasant. If you don't notice and don't check your ticket before paying, you don't realize that they charge 20% for charity, and you can pay more in tips than in food. Well, that happened to us, we didn't see and left a tip, and when we checked the ticket, we saw that we paid almost the same in tips as in food. I definitely don't recommend eating there. There are many options now to enjoy a good meal at Wesport.

Hell yeah. I was sad when wandering goose closed in Seattle and I remember them moving to a small town in WA. Fast forward to today - we stayed at a friends place in Raymond, WA where another friend recommended checking out tokeland hotel for brunch. Upon diving into the website, wandering goose is the restaurant! Ok - we were excited to come! The area is so cute. The restaurant is darling - love the deco/vibe. brunch was excellent (are we surprised?) and loved the baked good counter (raspberry turn over!!!). Service was fast. Loved their little area in front with chairs to sit, corn hole, etc which I'm sure is so beautiful in the height of warm weather summer. We loved coming across this gem again and can't wait to come stay at their property. Reservations not needed, but you can make them ahead online :)

Absolutely the best restaurant I have ever been to — and I’ve been around and I’m 72! Gorgeous exterior. Fascinating warm comfy friendly interior. Incomparable service and service people. Awesome views of Willapa Bay. Slow dining, savoring the reading of the menu, waiting for it to arrive and then a big smile and diving in! Beautiful presentation of every meal item, feasting not only your eyes but your tummy. 10/10 on everything. I highly recommend and will be back very soon. Thank you to everyone at The Wandering Goose for making our dinner a special time and memory.

My work crew and I had lunch here and it was terrific! I ordered the wedge salad with fried chicken pieces and it was very filling and very good! I highly recommend that and the friend chicken sandwich. My other coworkers ordered breakfast since they make it up until 2pm.
And bonus! Goose the dog wandered to our table ❤️ hense the name of the restaurant!

Very charming hotel with eclectic atmosphere. Food was very good... one of the best restaurant biscuits. Eggs Benedict was quite good. Fried potatoes were nice and crispy. Service was solid and friendly.
But... had to remove star due to the cost. Breakfast for two with coffees ran nearly $90 with the included 20% service charge. We were OK with that as a tip, but they also seem to also expect a tip on top of the 20%. Adding a "standard" 15-20% tip on top of the service charge would've pushed the bill to nearly $100. In my book, that's pretty excessive for pretty standard breakfast for two.
Would like to return here someday, but the cost will likely keep us away.

I was in awe of this place when I walked thru the doors, it's really that spectacular! It's like walking into a museum. The staff are super friendly & the rooms are so cozy, cute, clean, and affordable!!! I just can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely be coming back!

This is my new most favorite place. Seriously one of the best dining experiences of my life. Everything down to the handmade pottery. So delicious.

We went in and although the food was good it definitely felt over priced. Our bill was 151.00 with an added 20% surcharge on an already overpriced meal for two entrees, two desserts and 2 drinks. There also was an expectation for a tip after the surcharge. A single can of soda was 5 bucks. The service staff was sweet. It was extremely warm as well which didn’t help. The bread pudding was great ice cream with it would’ve put it over the top.
