Had ourselves a great dinner and liked it so much we couldn’t help but come back for brunch the next day, squeezed in between a laid-back razor clamming trip along the coast. Every dish and drink was thoughtfully prepared and downright delicious. We didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but it looked charming, and the animals roaming the grounds added a whole lot of character. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip, and might just stay the night next time.
The food was excellent. The waitress was excellent. The only thing that wasn't so excellent was where we were seated. We were right next to the bar in a cold little corner, near a table of loud people. A more quiet table would have been nice with something to look at besides windows at dark thirty, since we were there the evening before we got married.
Other than that, it was very good.
