They catered my wedding yesterday in 100 degrees and they were so friendly and professional. We had the brisket and ribs and all of our guests said it was the best bbq they've had. The brisket was a huge hit for us especially, and the baked potato bar was totally worth it. Lovely people, amazing food, perfect wedding

We used bonanza bbq for our wedding and the service and food was so wonderful!! I can't even tell you how many of my wedding guests commented on the food and how good it was, as well as how friendly the staff was. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use them again!!

Bonanza did a great job catering my daughters wedding. Food was fantastic, and a really good value. Chris was great to work. Highly recommend.

My family went to the Saturday buffet. I had to tell them twice they were out of food and it was not real hot. There were little flies everywhere while we were trying to eat. I had to cover my water glass when I got up to get a salad. There were little flies at the uncovered salad bar as well. The servers were friendly.

Delicious, classic, BBQ. They smoke and make everything from scratch, including the honey butter for the rolls! They offer take out as well as dine-in, recently adding alcoholic beverages. The service is great; you always feel appreciated for coming in.

This place is so much better than the spot that just opened in Longview. Portions are out of this world. No one will leave there hungry. Coming back for more. Loved it!

This place is great! They had my takeout order ready quickly, the service was thorough and friendly, and the food is outstanding!! Especially the mac n cheese. Im excited about the carrot cake, but I'm a bit too full to dive in. Two thumbs up, highly recommend!

If you're eating here you are either a local or stopping by as pass by on I-5. The service and ambiance are worth the stop and explain the reviews. I was really excited to try the food I picked up on my way back to PDX because I thought this was a great find. Just know that the 5 star ratings are probably for the great service and "look what I found when I was driving by" surprise factor. As far as quality BBQ it's just mediocre. To be clear, it's still a cool place and I will probably be back.

I thought the ribs were really good they were pink on the inside but I'm guessing that was from smoking them. The barbecue sauce was very good. Very kind and friendly people they forgot my coleslaw and offered to make it up to me. I will definitely go back. And thank you for being open during all this turmoil.

My wife and I went to Bonanza for their Friday afternoon/evening buffet. They hhave menu selections as well, including prime rib, but we had the buffet aNd are so glad we did. Bonanza BBQ is mainly a catering business, but they are open to the public from 3-8pm on FRIDAYS ONLY. It's well worth the drive from Chehalis, Centralia or Longview. Service is very attentive and friendly. The buffet includes a salad bar with several selections, and a BBQ buffet with beans, brisket, pulled pork, chicken and pork ribs, plus cornbread muffins and rolls. They also have excellent carrot cake and cinnamon rolls. Price as of 2.7.20 was $22 per person plus tax and optional gratuity. Excellent. Beats chains like Famous Dave's by a country mile!

These lovely people catered my daughter's wedding in Centralia and every single person was raving about the food. It was amazing and exactly what we expected. We would not change anything! And they were incredibly helpful and absolutely charming. We had chicken, pulled port and the ever so tender brisket, but the Mac-n-cheese is to die for and I am not a Mac-n-cheese follower. I'd give them six stars if I could. I will attach photos later when I get them from the photographer. You can't go wrong!

We stopped enroute to Seattle from visiting Mt. St. Helens and it was delicious! Husband loved the bbq buffet, the pulled pork sandwich was great and salad bar very fresh!

Check out Facebook make sure they are open. Usally open only on Friday. They mostly do catering. Great time to check out their food if you need food for an event. The Friday all you can eat buffet is awesome. Ribs pork salad bar sometimes salmon. You can eat off themenu if your not into buffet. The owners are extremely inviting people they want your experience to be perfect. The restaurant is very country themed family style seating and always super clean. It's hard to say what is good here to eat because I have never had anything bad. But my favorite smoked mac and cheese and smoked chicken cesear salad. My husband loves the ribs, corn muffins and potato salad.

We had heard good things about this place so decided to give it try. Arrived around 5:00 on Fri. We were greeted by a very pleasant gal who was our waitress, she explained the menu advising us the meals were large so order accordingly. I choose the rib dinner thinking I'd need a to-go box, my husband had the buffet. Disappointed is the nicest thing I can say about the food. My ribs were greasy to the point that I was using napkins in an attempted to soak up some of the grease. Husband's various bbq meats were just ok but thought the nice smoke flavors were seriously lacking. He did have the option to refill his plate as often as he wanted, he's a big eater so him not going back for 2nds says a lot as does my saying the salad was the best part of my meal & I didn't use the to-go box. The corn bread is a tiny muffin, the Mac & cheese was dry! In summation, really nice wait staff but food isn't worth the price of pleasant servers. I am now wondering what the relationship is between the ppl making the rave reviews and Bonanza is!
