I've been here several times. Foods always great and service is fine too. Chicken is magnificent and so is the Pineapple rice.

What a gem! This is my go-to place in Tonasket. Chill environment, friendly staff and food is on point.

The food was made to order and simply fantastic!! Service staff was efficient, friendly and considerate ( even tolerant). It’s not a large room which increases interaction of the patrons. We will return and hope for their continued success. Bravo 👏🏻

I've been here twice and the service was really bad. I had to take our empty beer glasses to the bar and ask for more. We were a group of 8. Not busy at all.
The waiter didn't ask about separate checks, then one of our party had to figure out everyone's bill.

Every item on the menu is good, no kidding. We try something new at each visit and they do not disappoint. They also have take out.
Tonight I had Golden rolls with the Chicken Pad Thai. Yummm

The food is great. The service sucks. Always takes forever to get a drink, takes forever to pay, always have to ask for refills. I'm sure I'm being a little picky, but thats what reviews are for. Got an order to go with no fork. I'll continue to go there, just wish the service was better.

I love this place! If Heaven had a flavor, it would be Joy’s Garlic Parmesan Wings!!! My husband and I come in once a week and dine in, plus we order wings to go to eat cold the next day for lunch! That’s how good they are! There really is nothing on their menu we don’t love! Joy, Robert, and the whole staff are phenomenal! A very clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and AMAZING food makes it worth driving the 60 miles we drive to the Joyful Thai!

The food was fresh & delicious & portions are perfect. Thai Iced Tea is to die for! Atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful little establishment. Great Service all around. Shout out to Katie, our server. Also they have a great takeout system, online ordering available. 1-10 scale, 12, all the way! Highly recommend.

We are self-supported touring cyclists. We spent the night in Tonasket. Based on the good reviews, we decided to try Joyful Thai. Both meals were very good! Please be patient as the folks do take their time to prepare the meals. It is well worth it. If we had a vehicle we would have had another supper there. As it is, we only had 1. If we are in the same area, we would return.

This place does not live up to its name. It might as well be the most un-joyfull experience I've had at any Thai place I've been to.
First off we ordered 2 appetizers of spring rolls, glazed chicken, pad se ew, and drunken noodles. We waited a good hour before our food arrived. When we got the spring rolls, my order was not fresh. Seemed like they pulled it right out of the fridge making the rice hard and chewy. I also pulled out a rotten piece of cilantro! The glazed chicken was the most expensive but the smallest dish on the table. The biggest issue was the fact they brought my dish of pad see ew, with normal rice noodles instead of the wide ones and asked AFTER THE FACT, dishes already infront of us, if that was okay because they ran out of wide rice noodles. They also used yakisoba noodles for the drunken noodle dish without informing us before hand in case we wanted to change our order. I originally asked a 2 star for the spice level, but it seemed like a 4. I'm not much on spice so it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. I'm not usually much of a food critic but this place sure tripped me out and tested my limits. I hope they can take this review as some sort of lesson and do better next time!
