The women up front was busy in back with her young crying 2 year old daughter and husband. She came up and asked me what I wanted. I said whole wheat foot long rotisserie chicken and cheese on top toasted. she said cheese goes on first corporation rules. Omg that’s bullshit it’s a custom sandwich not on the menu and you can do that. It’s called a custom order. I just finished a 3 month rv trip and returned home I ordered this same sandwich in 9 states and all the subways are different. But every single one said it was up to the customer if it was a custom sandwich. We won’t be back and I hope corporate gets their policy fixed and information gets out and owners and employees can comprehend the policy and the difference between a custom sandwich and a menus description. The sauce shes said goes on before the veggies nobody in 9 states25 plus stores said that!!! ands don’t belong behind the food counter or husbands No health cards!!!!

We have been to this stor several times. I don't know who owns the tomasket subway but the girl who is there most the time is very unfriendly. She is usually by herself sometimes jer mother is there and helps but she always has to go order before u and has no one make go orders and sometimes u have to wait for her to make them. Very unfriendly manager. She also parks her vehicle right by back door.

This was by far the best subway sandwich I have had in years! I will be returning each time I drive through! I would highly recommend stopping:) very friendly and the veggies were fresh
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walk to no one but two elderly customers waiting in line when the female manager, rolled her eyes and said it’s gonna be a long wait. Once we smiled and nodded, she then started again how they have multiple sandwiches ahead and it’s gonna be a “very long wait” yet again, once we nodded and said no problem, she was noticeably upset and said “don’t be picky, we are low on bread also.” It was so clear that she wanted everyone to leave and I have never felt so undervalued as a paying customer. Whoever owns this establishment, I feel bad for your investment

Employee with The Beast on shirt was extremely repulsive and refused to wait on me instead made me wait 15 minutes then denied me my sandwich after ignoring me till I said I was running late and had a young woman fix it for me then started talking about me to the following customer so I spoke up and they tried to overcharge me 17$ for a sandwich so I left
